There are different areas to work out in depending what you want to do so I tend to stick to some of the same areas. I really like the Body Pump classes. All the ladies are great instructors and it makes lifting more fun with the music. And it is also difficult and get for muscle endurance! They recently added Yoga which is a nice addition for a gym to not have to pay extra from the membership or go to a separate place to get Yoga classes.

They're strikingly orange, presumably energy-saving sodium-vapor lamps that take a bit of getting used to, and are conspicuous from afar. Once players and spectators settle into the quality of the leagues, avail themselves of the centrally located snack bar and restrooms, and return regularly to the park, weird illumination becomes reconcilable to most. The complex is situated on a hill northwest of UNR that offers a Fitbit-fulfilling post-game hike upstairs to the parking lot. The effort is further rewarded by an impressive view of Downtown Reno's colorful skyline and, on Friday nights, a possible glimpse of fireworks at nearby Greater Nevada Field after an Aces game. We've been coming here for about 10 months now for soccer sprouts! It took a bit for my daughter to…read morestart listening and following directs but miss that we've been going consistently, she's gotten comfortable! Classes are 45 minutes long and the coaches are great! It gets the kids energy out as it not only is physical but with toddlers it teaches them to listen and follow directions! They teach them warm up drills, color matching, run after hula hoops, kicking the ball, stacking cones and knocking them down with a ball. Every class is different! Is toddler-parent centered so you get to be in the field with your little one! You pay annual fee and then you pay a separate fee for the season such is about 2 months long. This can all be found in their website. Once walking into the sportsdome you are greeted with people watching from the outside looking into the different games, kids and their patients sitting at tables eating, or just hanging out. On the left side is a big indoor field and the right the field is divided in half with a net, that is where soccer sprouts is held! If you continue go to straight you pass by the hangout which serves food and at the end you'll see the basketball courts. Living in reno this is a facility to host outdoor sports inside! It is a big facility to host different sports or even events! Parking is spacious which is nice compared to the north location. We are happy that this location is close to our home!

As a parent, I am extremely disturbed by what my 13-year-old daughter experienced during her visit…read moreto UFC Gym Reno. She attended one class with a friend who is a member. During that visit, one of the coaches, Javi, made comments that were completely inappropriate for an adult in a position of trust. He told my daughter she "fights like a ghetto Black girl," which is an unacceptable and offensive remark to make to any child. He then had my 13-year-old daughter call me on the phone. During that interaction, he asked her to show him my social media pictures and told her he wanted me to have his babies. I have never met this man in my life. When I gave him no attention, he reportedly told my daughter, "Tell her never mind. She looks like she's an attention-seeking mother." I cannot understand why an adult coach would involve a minor in a personal conversation about her mother or make comments like these to a child. Coaches are supposed to mentor, encourage, and create a safe environment not put children in the middle of inappropriate personal interactions. I sincerely hope UFC Gym Reno takes this complaint seriously and investigates what happened. Parents should be able to trust that their children are in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

What a great wrestling club!…read more First off I have to say, this is totally amazing and totally free! Coach Klapp is not only the Reed High Wrestling Coach, he is also the honors biology teacher. He volunteers his time to train wrestlers, from beginners to advanced during off season wrestling. There are numerous assistant coaches and guest coaches that help out through the week. Coach Farh is also an amazing Coach that coaches the Sparks Highschool session on Thursday. I don't know a lot about him, but he is always on the mat with the kids pushing and drilling them. Last year my son wanted to quit wresting and this coach took the time with him encouraging him and making him feel very needed. My son didn't quit. Thanks to this coach. They take competing wrestlers all over the country. This is pretty awesome as many wrestlers have no money and can't afford the lessons. This helps Highschool students secure scholarships in wrestling for those that are college bound. If a student hasn't put thought into college, they will after spending time with these coaches. They encourage the kids to succeed in all aspects of life. If the kids can't afford to go to meets, the coaches try their best to help with fund raisers and secure donation. As you can see, what an amazing team that is there solely for the kids! GBWC practices are free to all wrestlers with USA wrestling cards. We practice at Reed & Sparks, but are open to wrestlers from all areas. Also, the guy who runs it, Nicolas, is very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and is pretty dedicated to helping people learn about and get better at Pickleball in a non-intimidating way.
