He pulled guards and checked the entire gutter AND made a couple tweeks to the gutter like a longer corner screen. With rain today, I think I even spied their truck drive by today to see that it was working properly. So, A+ on their warranty/ follow up work! Bob S

I've used Minnesota Leafless Gutters three times on rental properties after they were referred by a…read morereal estate colleague. The first job cemented my loyalty. Tim showed up the day after I hired him which was a nasty, melting snow kind of day. He sent short videos and photos of the crews at work and finished the job quickly and cleaned up all the debris. After the first job went so smoothly, we had Tim out to work on two other properties with problem rooflines and/or north-facing front entries (if you live in Minnesota, you'll understand the pain of a north-facing front) Minnesota Leafless Gutters fixed them all. I'm three years into the first repair and have had zero problems or complaints from tenants. I found his pricing to be very reasonable, and that work ethic was fantastic.

I recommend Tradition Roofing and Exteriors whole heartedly. Their work is top-notch and their…read morepeople are knowledgeable and friendly. Before contacting Tradition, I received an estimate from one of "those" kind of roofing companies - You know the type, the ones that come by and leave a business card if your door and when you ask them to check out your roof they, of course, say you need and entirely new roof. When Scott Landa (who, in the interest of full disclosure, is the husband of a former coworker) came out to take a look at my roof he had an entirely different, and thankfully less expensive, opinion. After a quick repair, Scott was able to fix the area of my roof that I was concerned about. As he was leaving, I asked if I needed a new roof. Scott's answer was no. I not only appreciated Scott's professionalism, but also his honesty. I'm sure he would have loved to put an entirely new roof on my home, but it wasn't needed and he was able to accurately assess the situation and didn't rip me off. When the time comes that I do need a new roof, I'll be giving Tradition Roofing and Exteriors a call.

Mike is a terrific communicator and responded very quickly to my request for a quote. As relatively new homeowners, it can be stressful to find companies that are trustworthy and reliable. Mike is the best person we have found so far in 3 years. Meeting him was a pleasure--he was very kind, honest, and open to our questions, and ended up giving us the most reasonable quote we received with the longest warranty. His crew came out soon afterwards and were also friendly, considerate, and professional. Our new gutters are much better than the ones we had before. They also look great and even match our house perfectly. The service we received from Gutters Direct was exceptional in every way. This is a company committed to quality, integrity, great customer service, and value, a combination that every homeowner wants and is increasingly hard to find. Too bad we can't hire them to do everything else we need for the house.
