Both pieces are dressers, and one had two deep scratches that were around 3-4 inches long each. The other dresser had nail polish remover spilled on the top, and the wood was totally eaten away in a spot about the size of a digital alarm clock. (I had one covering it.) The damage was caused by an awful moving company, who admitted they did the damage (showed me right when it happened) and then refused to pay for it or fix it. All My Sons. NEVER use them. The owner did the work himself and he did an excellent job. He told me several times that he couldn't promise that it would be perfect, but it looks totally perfect to me. On top of that, the two repairs were only $300 total. Another company quoted me $500. AND he fixed all my drawers, which had not closed for years. A couple of them were off track and required a drill to remove and fix, and there was clothing stuck behind them that I couldn't get out and that caused them not to close. I got the number on the side of the truck to report unsafe driving and pulled over to call, not knowing the owner of the company was the one driving. I barely got out the words "one of your trucks-" when he started yelling and cursing at me saying "That was me, douchebag! What do you want, douchebag?" I tried submitting a complaint to Weathersby Guild in Atlanta and they never got back to me. I feel like posting publicly about this incident is the only path left to try and have this flagrant disregard for safe driving addressed. I can't speak to the quality of the actual repairs, but with how he drives I expect those damaged items, claims of fraud, and additional repairs/up charges mentioned in other reviews to be a regular occurrence. Do not trust this man to transport anything you value, or to be professional/courteous if he doesn't get his way.

When I brought the chair in, the owner was very honest and clear about what work would be done. She took her time to go through samples with me until we found one that I loved. Everything is taken care of in-house by employees that work by hand and very conscientiously. The work was done within 10 days which was half the time other businesses in the area estimated.
