Iris told me that they could use the previous slipcovers as a pattern but the new slipcovers are too small around the bottom. The slipcover for the chair will not zip all the way and the one for the ottoman would not pull down. The reason I used them in the first place was that they said they said they could make the slipcovers without my having to give them the furniture - just the existing slipcovers. Now they say they need the furniture to fix the covers. This will require a truck and movers to get it there and back. This is turning out to be very expensive for a less than professional job.

Not only do they recover furniture but they also custom make furniture. One tip about dining room chairs - if your seats unscrew and you only want to take the seat portion down to them, be sure and number the seat and the chair. I did not realize each seat is different. I had trouble getting a couple of them screwed back in so I took them back to Flaminio and he fixed them both within five minutes. I highly recommend them.
