I come here to get literally all my certifications done! BLS, ACLS, PALS, you name it. Dr. Rendon is awesome, super friendly, super welcoming, super patient! Re-certifying went from being this long, stressful process to being something I actually look forward to. Their schedule is great, the receptionist is always friendly and makes everything super easy, and it's right by the freeway so it's easy to find. They even offer hybrid courses, where you do a portion of the class online, and come in for skills! I recommend him to all my coworkers and they've all said the same thing! Super easy to purchase and then just show up with your certificate, check in with desk personal, and then staff takes you back shortly after to do skills. Perfect for me as my workplace does not offer these services. read more

What a great experience! I've been taking CPR classes/renewing my license at various training sites since 2017. My classes before always felt like too much information in a 2.5-3 hour class that seemed to drag, and I'd always question if I could ever actually jump into action if someone needed CPR. My class at Dr. Rendon's site is the first time I left a class feeling like I genuinely retained everything and feeling confident that I could actually apply my BLS skills to real-life if ever needed. My 2.5 hr class flew by so quickly! Lisa was an amazing instructor. She kept things so simple and easy to remember (blended with her lively energy & lighthearted humor!). We would watch the videos first with Lisa giving little nuggets of information/instruction as well, then we'd practice alongside the video, and then we were given a scenario to practice on our own/with partners. It felt really hands-on and immersive the whole time. Before I knew it, it was time for a written test + skills test. Both Dr. Rendon and Lisa were really easy-going and encouraging, which made for a comfortable and stress-free environment. I passed 100% and was emailed my CPR card the same evening. Dr. Rendon is a great instructor. My only issue was my encountered with the older lady named Cathy who was teaching the BLS class. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed overwhelmed from the start of the class and continued to tell us how she can't manage today's class. She was upset with my hand placement and tried snatching my hands into place (even though I was already in the correct placement). She then rolled her eyes at me and asked me to leave the class. As I leave I return back to the previous class where Dr. Rendon was so I can informed him of the unprofessional behavior, but he had already left the class. As I walk back Cathy continues to share insulting comments of me to the other student. I've never experienced poor customer service before, especially where I'm verbally abused and insulted. Staff should be educated on AIDET and service recovery skills to improve on customer service skills. read more
