He was just an all around genuinely nice guy. Made us all feel super comfortable with the snowmobiles. They offer full "snowsuits" and helmets to keep you warm and safe for your snowmobile expedition! I would suggest you use sock and glove warmers too as they came in super duper handy! The equipment is virtually brand new and way fast! We did 2 days of snowmobiling with Polaris and saw some Amazing sites! They are also a gas station and have the normal stuff one would expect but they also have some gators for your neck and full head balaclavas that some of us bought. This is the one time I can tell ya, the covid face masks come in handy as they keep your face warm. And in regards to covid, everyone within the store wore their masks and encouraged us all to socially distance from others. I highly recommend this locally owned mom & pop shop for your West Yellowstone adventure!!!

We never even left the trail, and were riding with a group of 75yr olds. Sent my friend in to rent the same sled the next day, they are numbered, sure enough they hadn't replaced a damn thing. Just make sure you check every single centimeter before you take it out. The rental guys are con artists.

We posed this question to the locals and got amazing results. It happens there is one relatively large business in town on the main highway that leads ultimately to Yellowstone that sells snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, and other recreational vehicles. And they just happen to be well stocked with warm winter jackets and vests, just the sort of thing Mr. B wanted. The locals called it Polaris, but it is actually PMS, Performance Motor Sports. The jackets were high quality, light weight, really nicely made, and attractive. Just one flaw. They didn't have his size....but ....they could get one in tomorrow. Problem #2. We were leaving Ashton tomorrow morning. A quick phone call by Manager Corbett (and I believe owner too) and it turns out their supplier, the wholesale manufacturer, had one, and they were about 35 miles down the road. Best of all, they were in the direction we were headed. So, we paid for it so he would get the sale and he arranged for us to pick it up instead of waiting around for delivery. Everybody was happy and it was just that simple. In a world where things can be so complicated, there are wonderful people who fully understand flexibility and customer service. My dad was with me. Been going there for decades and told me to keep my cool cause I knew I was passing money on. Don't ask them for help and I wouldn't buy a product from them. I had already called multiple places in Oregon and Washington and not ONE other person offered any help to locate one beyond just saying "nope don't have one!" And "Nope don't know who might". Thanks to Weston taking a little extra time to help I was able to buy one on the way to our ST. Anthony's trip last week. We get out there twice a year and will 100% make sure to spend money there in the future because of this interaction. We always end up needing something every trip weather it's gear, a tire, etc!

Terrible experience with both the Can-Am Defender Limited HD11 and this dealership…read more I bought a brand-new 2026 Can-Am Defender Limited HD11 and have less than 200 miles on it, and it's already full of problems. The front window leaks right onto the dash, dripping water over the electronics in the dashboard. The driver's side door seal is so loose you can literally see daylight through it, and there's a popping noise in low range when coming down hills -- absolutely not normal. This UTV is brand new, yet it feels like something that should have never passed inspection. When I contacted the dealer, they basically brushed me off and acted like it wasn't their problem and that the warranty process would take considerable time to get through. I was told I'd have to wait six weeks just to get it in to their service shop to diagnose the issues plus they could not tell me how long it might take to make actual repairs, and they offered zero help or concern about the fact that I'm paying for an expensive machine I can't even drive. It's unacceptable that a company selling premium vehicles provides no real customer support and expects buyers to just deal with major defects on their own. I would never buy from this dealership again, and I strongly recommend anyone considering a Can-Am Defender look elsewhere unless you want to pay top dollar for a vehicle that sits broken while the dealer shrugs their shoulders.
