About 3 weeks ago my tooth cracked and I put off getting it fixed 2 days ago this unbearable pain had me not only in the ER but also had me crying and calling every dentist in town to help me. But this morning after not being able to sleep nor withstand the ear pain associated with my tooth, Benchmark Dental called and saw me immediately, NOT ONLY is the staff amazing but the dentist was the most gentle person ever. I was in and out of there all within 45 that seemed like 2 minutes. I want to just say that this place has saved my life and my peace of mind.

The call told me they almost called one of their current clients to come in because I didn't confirm my son's appointment. Then I was quoted a price that would be my payment after insurance tool care of their portion. The 2nd appointment I paid like $100 over what I was quoted, just in case. They were still sending me bills that I owed them over $200. When I paid extra to cover what I was quoted. Such a rip off! They overcharged my insurance. Then over charged me!
