They have little to no care for their customers and seem to "forget" to do very important things all the time. They have gotten everything to do with my glasses and contacts wrong for the last two months, and effectively show their distaste when I come in as if they blame me. They constantly ask each other for help like none of them know what they're really doing. The brown hair middle age lady, I believe her names Crystal, gives this business a terrible face.
