Once you're signed in though, the booking process is smooth and straightforward. A standard haircut is $50, but there's a first-time customer special for $40, which is a nice touch. When my appointment came, I met Douglas--super chill guy with a private setup inside a salon. I asked for his recommendation, and he just went to work. I was honestly so happy with the results. Usually I leave a barbershop feeling "eh" about my haircut, but this time was different. I walked out feeling like a million bucks, and my wife noticed right away and loved it too. Sergio was very detailed and precise. The only thing I can knock him for is that the haircut was expected to be 1 hour and 15 min but ended up being 1 hour and 40 min which is quite long. Customer Service (5/5) - Sergio being a hair educator for Johnny B products was very detailed with how he ensured I got the cut I wanted. In the beginning he consulted with what exactly I wanted, throughout the cut he explained to me different products he was using and why, and also some of the steps he did to ensure my double cowlick would grow in nicely after the cut. Sergio also did a razor fade (with shaving gel) which not too many people do nowadays, then styled my hair with blowdrying/pre styler/texture powder/Johnny B pomade. One may think he was marketing the Johnny B product but at the same time I appreciated the care and generosity with styling my hair Conversation (5/5) - Sergio is very easy to talk to and although it was my first ever appointment with him it felt like I've been going to him for a while. Sergio takes time to get to know you as a person and offers to put on a Netflix show or movie of your choice. Gotta appreciate the hospitality. Pricing (5/5): $50 before tip. I'm used to paying around $40 pre tip.
