DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY A Warning to Residents, Renters…read moreand HOA Boards: Do Not Subject Your Community to This Company I am writing this review not just for myself, but for my neighbors. Good people. Retirees, veterans, elders. Many do not use social media and may not know how to speak up when they are treated unfairly. They deserve better. Your community deserves better. Here is what I have experienced and what I have witnessed among my neighbors. They habitually delay responses on time-sensitive approvals. For over three years, they have used 'short staffing' as a shield for what is essentially passive-aggressive behavior. They know residents are dependent on them, and they leverage that power by simply ignoring us. There are inconsistencies in how fees are applied. Neighbors have shared with me that they have been charged different deposit amounts for the same project. It also takes them months to return deposits long after the project is complete. There appears to be no clear or consistent standard. When you ask questions, you do NOT get answers. This is all very dangerous considering the power that HOAs hold. Here is why these companies behave so poorly and act invincible in the process. Arbitration clauses built into contracts with companies like this make it very difficult for residents to fight back. Unless you know how to catch them in the act and document everything, the system is stacked against you. They are counting on you giving up and just paying. Do your due diligence. There ARE other companies out there. Better companies. Companies that will actually communicate with you and treat you fairly. If you are a resident, keep records of everything. Take photos. Save emails. Check your mail daily. Compare notes with your neighbors. If you see inconsistencies, document them. If you are on an HOA board, please think carefully about who you hire to manage your community. The people living here trust you to make good choices on their behalf. They are counting on you. Do not let them down by partnering with companies that hide behind fine print and treat residents unfairly. Your community deserves better. I was searching for options to either sell or rent our house in Bullhead city. Checking various…read morereviews I made a list of my top three and headed out to talk to people in person. Amber Longacre at Key Time Realty impressed me from the first time we spoke. She was extremely knowledgeable about the rental market in Bullhead City, and gave me solid advice on my next steps. My long corporate career has taught me to spot BS and personal agendas in short order. Of all the people I spoke with in that search, Amber stood out as the only person that didn't raise any red flags. She was professional, straightforward, and most importantly, honest. Eventually, my wife and I decided to sell. Amber turned out to be one of the best realtors I've ever worked with. I did most of the initial house prep, but I don't live in AZ and making multiple trips becomes expensive. Once my work was done, Amber took care of the final cleaning, landscaping, and other details for reasonable costs, and done to her high standards. When emergencies did arise, like unexpected wind damage, she took care of it immediately, again with costs that were less than I expected. Bottom line, we never had to wonder what was going and we never had to worry about things that were in our control. Amber never left us in the dark, and took care of what was needed to get to a successful closing.

They actually installed hardwood floors we purchased and had shipped to their office in a property that wasn't ours. They make you sign a 2 year agreement and then don't manage your property with any concern except their bottom line.

I 100% recommend John, who's the Broker/Owner at Premier!…read more I had a vacation home in AZ, and because I lived out of state I 1st used just a random agent with the old company that I had used locally when I bought the property 16 years ago. That was a bad choice! I had horrible experience and had to search for a new agent. I made lots of calls and messaged agents and John was one that got back to me, and did so a few times, as I had been dealing with some issues at the property and at our home out of state, and I wasn't available the first 2 times he contacted me, but I'm glad he reached out again because once we connected I knew he was gonna vibe with us and be on the same page. The main reason though that I decided to call back John was because he was the broker, and not some newbie agent! John met us at the property as we were working on moving our personal stuff out of it, and he seemed to completely get what it is we needed and wanted to do. He helped us find someone local to hire,( at a very reasonable rate,) to clean the property up. As well as finding us someone affordable to do the septic tank clean out. These seem like small things, but if you take into account we aren't local, it's hard to just hire someone blindly and send them money, so having someone as your middle man that you can trust, and that the hired companies can trust, is valuable. John stayed in constant contact through each showing that any other agents did and was always willing to help us negotiate, and accepted our decisions when we didn't want to negotiate. He truly wasn't just in it for himself. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend when we spoke, and that I wasn't just another random transaction to him. Having someone that knows the area, knows other agents and actually cares for his clients needs, is rare! We've moved a lot, therefore bought and sold many homes, and this is exactly the type of agent we needed. Someone professional, realistic, reliable, trustworthy, and mainly to have our back!!!!
