In particular, I've been dealing with Rob Johnson since I returned to this area in 2008. He's been direct, helpful, and honest about possibilities and properties. That's a lot in a business where too many are willing to hide or mis-represent the facts. I bought my house through him, and I also sold my parents' house through him, after they died. Currently, we're in the process to sell my house, as I'm leaving town, and it's been exactly what I expected. I can't imagine a life where you could trust everyone, but it would be wonderful. Until then, I can trust Jenkins with my business in this area.

The agent Chris Robinson committed fraud & omitted information to sell me a home…read more It is so bad it is not livable & needs lots of work he did not disclose but knew about. Bought a house out of state from Chris Robinson. He said house was able to have license for a business and that the house was in move-in ready condition, and that I had to move on buying it because it was such an amazing like-new home it was a steal to get. He said he recently took the photos of the property (showing newly painted and nice home) and that he had several visits to the home with seller & it looked perfect, like a like-new home with many new improvements. He sold me the house then (afterwards) disclosed it had an attachment to title of the house & when I got there it was so run down my kids and I could not move it. More than a year later and house is still not livable and in such bad shape (not at all like photos) I can't even seem sell it well below what I paid. The house had holes in floor, missing windows, paint & wallpaper so old it was peeling off, warped floors, and outside the yard was not cleanly landscaped like in photos or his description but 3-4 foot tall weeds & a 10 foot dead tree (which there was no tree in the photos of exterior which meant the photos he said he took 2 weeks prior & were used to sell home were at least many, many years old! There were not a few things. These were major slum-like conditions anyone with a pulse could see. While in the area, I found out from others there that he had pulled similar things with them too. They were pissed off to see him and let him and me know it.

The customer service and disrespectful tone of voice that all staff in that office use make getting anything done a headache. They kept out deposit past the 30 days that the law requires them to return it in. I received the full amount as the home was returned in great condition. An extremely unprofessional team and I strongly recommend nobody use either the rental or sales department. They charged me $25 to have my door unlocked once and the maintenance person who showed up demanded cash on the spot (after I had been locked out on my porch at 7am) I only had $20 and he said that was enough for the lock out and would cover his gas. The office then continued to text me for the $5! And then we're upset thag I included it in my rent instead of giving them the $5 separate! Beware of Leis realty!

If you love flea markets and are able to walk then this might be the place for you. The front row…read moreline is always produce, flowers, plants, trees, and different animals for sale. You might find rabbits, goats, cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, pigs, peacocks, and who knows what. Today they had duck eggs for sale by the dozen and that's the first time I have seen that! I bought a case of asparagus for $3.00, a case of tomatoes for $10.00, a huge bag (50)lbs of sweet onions for $20.00. I bought some miscellaneous items too. You just never know what you might find. It is so much fun and being out in the country without all of the junk in the air is good for your lungs which is also good for your heart. Bring a cart or a wagon, (if you're like me) and remember those neighbors and friends and family members when you see those great buys. I love sharing the big bags of fruits and vegetables. Every Wednesday-get there early because they start packing up around 11:00AM. Hope to see you there!
