We made a few minor changes and provided a down payment to lock in a start date. The quote was very reasonable for this project. There was a lot of scraping as the home had not been painted in quite a few years. I handled repairs for any bad boards/trim so that was not part of our quote. They first power washed the home to clean it and remove loose paint. The guys worked hard and showed up on schedule. The weather this year has been miserable (hot, humid) but they worked long hours to complete the job on time - arrived early and stayed late. There were usually 2-3 people on site at any given time. The job was completed on time and as promised - we lost a few days due to bad weather but they were back on site as soon as everything dried out. We had some clean up to do after they left but that was not unexpected given the amount of scraping needed to prep the surface. I would certainly hire them again for future projects.

He was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote, and his price was about 40% lower than the other estimates I received. I decided to move forward with Steve, and he delivered excellent work from start to finish. He began by pressure washing the house and thoroughly prepping any problem areas with wood filler and sanding. He then spent a few days carefully painting both the house and the trim. The final result looks fantastic, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. Overall, Steve did a great job, and I highly recommend him.

I really appreciated Emmanuel's quick response and flexibility in establishing a schedule. Throughout, Emmanuel was accommodating and willing to take on new and unexpected work. Atlantic Bay Consulting put staples in my living room ceiling without asking, but Emmanuel took it in stride and repaired the damage. Emmanuel and his crew worked swiftly and efficiently to hang new drywall and paint the HVAC closet. This was pretty amazing because there were several electrical cables they had to work around and route to the right places for the HVAC and water heater. BDL Heating & Cooling ripped up the back wall of the new closet pretty badly because they didn't know what they were doing while installing the HVAC unit. I really appreciated Emmanuel's willingness to come back and quickly repair the damage. The photos show the quality of his workmanship, and I hope that my review conveys his character and the exceptional value of Home Painting Solutions' work.

During…read morethis process we have determined that Steve Legg operates his company based on high integrity, communication, professionalism and strong customer satisfaction values. Steve provided his personal hands on approach from beginning to end. It all began with an interview with us to determine our needs. In that meeting we discussed scheduling, carpentry repairs, prepping and painting our home. Steve then provided us with a comprehensive software based drawing of our home, its dimensions and the estimated cost for the work. His highly skilled and experienced team of carpenters/painters were extremely thorough with incredible attention to detail. If they identified a problem or concern, they quickly brought it to our attention and then worked with us to determine the best and most cost effective solution. Once the work was completed the team performed a final clean up and walk-through with us to ensure our satisfaction with the work performed. The project, although impacted by numerous weather related delays was completed to our total satisfaction last week. We couldn't be happier with the end result. All work was completed on budget based on Steve's estimates. We are happy to report and post our recommendation to anyone looking to repair and paint the exterior or interior of their home, that Leggs Painting LLC is the only company we will ever use in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.
