After my last gutter cleaning I noticed the water kept overflowing from the roof in one spot. BJ claimed the underground pipe that drains the water from the downspout was clogged. This was not the case as I clearly showed him pictures of the water leaking off the roof and the gutter being dry. Unfortunately, he would not come over again to clear the downspout even after 4x emails and asks. This led to a lot of water damage in our basement from water pouring off of the roof and into the foundation. I finally got another gutter cleaner over. They simply climbed up, put a hose into the downspout and out came a bunch of junk that was clogging it. It was a simple fix he wasn't willing to do which cost me over a thousand dollars in damages. I really do not like writing negative reviews but I can't recommend their services.

Initially, they brought over this really mismatched rainbow slate I wasn't expecting that was crumbling apart and most of the tiles were broken...had to wait for normal color slate for weeks longer...what a pain and so rude. Turns out it is Saleiro, who was calling to schedule an appointment with me...so why not leave a message?! (this should have been my first clue of problems.) We make an appointment for the next day at 1:00pm to review the scope of work and a plan for additional work for an extra patio and outdoor kitchen area. I take a late lunch and leave work to meet him at 1pm at my house. By 2:00, no one has shown up. No one has had the courtesy to call me. I call and ask what happened (voice mail), and to call me back. I go back to work. Still no call. Sunday afternoon he leaves a voice-mail that he can come by that night and discuss the work, and can begin work on Monday am. By this point I have decided I want nothing to do with them so do not return the call, as we are out and involved in family plans all of Sunday afternoon and evening.
