Bottom line it wasn't till the evening when we were finally heading to the station, we waited for Andrew to get there, once he was there he explained everything to us and once my sone was released he explained things to him. Our family had never experienced this situation. The next day I had aa few questions and I called Robi, he answered them and then later he sent me a text with more info.
