Due to the crazy Boston-area real estate market this past year, we weren't even sure if we would be able to buy a house this year, but thanks to Joe's expertise and guidance, we were able to buy a great house in a lovely Hyde Park neighborhood. Prior to our first Zoom call, we had already decided to go with another real estate agent but we didn't want to be rude and cancel the call with Joe. We met Maryann and Joe in October of 2015 when we bought a house in Dedham for a family member. We were struck immediately by their kindness, honesty and knowledge. They truly had us at hello.
