When I called to complain I was put off and told it wasn't a good time to talk. They do not care about their clients and will ignore your requests for help especially after you sign for your home. Also beware that they send the worst and most inexperienced realtors out if they know you are a first time buyer looking for a home. On top of that the majority of their 4 star reviews on google have been obtained against googles policy of not soliciting 4 star reviews. These reviews were solicited by using mailers offering chances to win things if the recipient gave a 4 star review meaning they were falsely obtained. Buy from them at your own risk.

We were only made aware that the home was sold to another buyer after our realtor contacted the listed home's owner, as Brad would not take our realtors calls for several days at a time. If you're able to use a different realtor, I highly suggest it, as I have purchased other homes over the years and have never dealt with an experience that was this unprofessional and disrespectful.

We also bought a house staged by Kory Davis- after moving in we started to notice dog urine smell…read more-upon vacuuming the first time pulled up a big floor rug covering a huge urine stain -im sure part of the reason we didnt notice the smell is it took that long for the large area rug to start absorbing the smell! Underneath the rug were tons of pet snags- our realtor had a carpet place come n verified dog stain and snags by pet- clearly covered up by the staging company - also found doors damaged by deep pet scratches covered up with stain left in the bathroom cupboard! His response was all this damage should have been seen by the home inspector or us - who would expect a staging company to lay a rug on top of a huge pet stain in a 3 yr old house!!!! We spent almost $5000 in staging purchases from him n this is what u get- one of the pictures fell off the wall ( their response was they r temporary ) Bed frame had to be redone as the platform was all warped in the slats( should we have picked up the mattress too?) You assume a company is HONEST when you make purchases- this company has done v NOTHING to make the carpet ordeal right- our realtor has paid for huge holes left in the wall by tv mounts, carpet cleaning rug cleaning paint of said scuffed walls -do not use this company - they got their money and have done NOTHING to correct what was done- same company left 2 major deodorizers out gosh I wonder why we didnt smell dog urine at first- same realtor company said in the disclosure statement their was no security system but we listened to an alarm go off for an hr a month after moving in on a Sunday- couldnt turn it off as we couldnt verify we were the new owners- same disclosure said there was a sump pump n there was not- our realtor bought one- do your homework on this staging company n realator- dont be burned like we were! Terrible terrible service to us the buyer- word gets around realtors are plentiful- make sure you get a realtor that works for you and is honest-I agree with the other reviews comments of this staging company and realator- Horrible experience

What was left is non-working, non-stackable washer and dryer. Nice bait and switch!! Once you got paid you were done dealing with this issue. You're rude, and not professional at all. How would your client feel if I did this to her? You have yet to answer this question haven't you?? You hung up on my Realtor because you don't want to deal with this anymore. It's been a week since I signed on the dotted lines taking possession of a filthy, disgusting house that your client left. But hey...you got paid, problem solved, right. They rarely fixed things, there was always dog poop in the back area so my kids couldn't play outside. They are built on concrete with cheap laminate flooring that is hard as stone and my kids would get hurt on the floor, even with a rug. They were drafty. These are just the tip of the iceberg with issues we had while living there. Additionally, they would not let us out early on the lease (2 months early because we bought a house), even after 7 years living there and never once being late on rent, now they are offering two months free. Believe me, you would be much better off somewhere else. There is a reason there are multiple units empty now. They even came EARLY to change the locks on the unit we were still renting (we had moved out but had a couple things still in the garage). We were still paying rent and utilities and they had changed the locks!!!!!
