Broker Kevin McNamara opened his own agency in early 2009 after many years of experince in this area. He has been representing clients in the Loon Mountain area since 1996. Kevin has closed hundreds of deals in real estate, including everything from studio-style to 5 bedroom condos in the Lincoln Area, to gas stations and other commercial properties throughout Grafton County. He enjoys all aspects of real estate, including buyer's agency, seller's agency, 1st time home buyers, second homes, condos, land, foreclosures and investments. Susan Chenard joined the agency in June 2010, after renting and selling vacation homes in the area since 1990. She has recently received the RSPS certification, as a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, and specializes in buyer agency. She can't wait to help you too! Chester Kahn joined the company in November 2011 and has a history in sales, construction, mortgage and more.

Kevin is also owner of Pemi Valley Custom Homes, specializing in construction of vacation homes throughout Grafton county, including the new, prestigious, SOUTH PEAK at LOON MOUNTAIN, COOLIDGE FALLS, PAGE HILL, and POLLARD PINES developments, to name a few. Kevin enjoys living in the White Mountains. Since moving to the mountains, he has hiked several 4000 footers, taught skiing and snowboarding, and is one of the founding members of the White Mountain Divers.
