She inherited it from her mother, it's very dear to her and she's been missing having it on her wrist. The guy we saw couldn't have been less helpful, or more unfriendly. His s demeanour was of barely restrained rudeness. He told us they didn't repair that kind of watch without even examining it! Ebel owners beware!

The manufacturer normally charges well into 3 figures and takes a month, sending it back to Switzerland. Here took 3 days and a remarkably reasonable 2 figures cost, including actually manufacturing the missing screw themselves. The place was friendly and efficient.
