She told me this is a multi generational woman owned store and it shows. There is some amazing thrift and vintage in these racks at all different price ranges (a bunch more accessible stuff and then some higher priced vintage dresses and pieces). If you enjoy the hunt this is a great spot for it! I walked away with an incredible pair of leather pants, a cashmere zip up hoodie, a macrame vintage bag and two mid century modern gorgeous coupe type glasses for like $80! Any one of these individual trendy/timeless items could've been in a high end shop for $80. Unfortunately there was nothing that fit the style I was attempting to achieve. Because these items are vintage and I believe many are priced by individual sellers you will have a myriad prices, but I saw several people that had picked up items. I would say for items that are vintage/secondhand the prices are a little more than I'd like to spend. There was actually a lot of foot traffic there for a random Tuesday afternoon.

A store associate immediately asked if we needed assistance, and when I told her what I was looking for, she gave us a very condescending look/response... Furthermore, my friend found a dress that she wanted to try on and the employee stressed that it was VINTAGE and she hinted that my friend would not be able to fit into the dress!! Reservation was generated and the pickup location was Cheaper and Better on Jackson St. The lady behind the counter said she doesn't have any trucks and hasn't had any for weeks. So she gives me the phone numbers and locations of 3 other Uhaul rentals. Two no answer and the third didn't have any trucks. Uhaul has really gone downhill for the last several years.

A few of their regular employees are no longer there and the ones who are there are not friendly. Thrifting is a fun hobby - almost like a treasure hunt, but whoever is pricing the items in the store have priced out of the thrift store range and more into boutique level shopping. Sandy, the proprietor, knows her stock and has good imagination of her own. I am looking forward to having this as an important source of crafting supplies, especially now. If I had known about this place earlier I would have done less of my buying overseas. Sandy's has two main owners who stay quiet and quietly friendly in the background. They pay close attention to cleanliness and customer service. One was Bob, I can't remember the other. All told a very pleasant shopping trip.
