After a week and a half of not receiving a quote, my door bell rings and overhead door is here to replace my springs. Long story short, he forgot his ladder, replaced my springs, charged me 850, and still, no working garage door. This company is very unprofessional and not organized. They did a piss poor job at communicating in regard to the work, but were on time with sending the bill. Especially to any veterans wanting to use overhead door, from one veteran to another, don't waste your time or money. You deserve better.

We decided to void the warranty and called Overhead Door. The tech came out, said the spring that OGD put in was too small. He replaced it for $200. OGD also told us we can't open the garage door until it's fixed. That was a lie. So, we could not get the cars out for 4 days. Overhead Door said we could open the door even if spring is broken. No more Overhead Garage Door for us!!!
