Reliant installed a tile and sump pump in my crawl space to get rid of water issues. Would highly recommend.

What a blessing that I contacted Swain Co. Mike Smith of the company inspected the issue proposed a fix that included a drainage system and sump pump. He also assured me that they could take care what ever issue they may find down there. His estimate was very reasonable. The work started when they said it would. WHAT A WEIGHT LIFTED FROM MY SHOULDERS. When the three man crew arrived and introduced themselves and the supervisor outlined what they would be doing and when they expected to complete the job. The supervisor, Efrain, and Salvador and Eddie gave me confidence I was in great hands. Now this is something you hardly ever hear anyone say anymore; but I have never seen three men work so hard and professionally as those three did. Efrain kept me totally abreast of the progress with before and after videos. I know I have restricted myself in the past to restaurant reviews as my wife and I are foodies. But I learned there are "artists" in other fields of work as well. Swain Co and their people are one class act as ND I would hghly recommend them for any crawl space, foundation or basement issues. You won't see them advertising on TV like other companies because they don't need to. Word of mouth by previous customer service have kept them very very busy.

Good crew workers, but absolutely terrible communication from the office staff and supervisors!…read more The guy who did the initial inspection and estimate didn't describe the layout of our crawlspace to the crew correctly, so our 1-day job couldn't be finished on Day 1 (and because the on-site crew couldn't reach any supervisors to get guidance on how to proceed with a new plan since the original plan wasn't right). So a 1-day job that started on July 20th didn't get done until August 1st because they kept saying the crew was coming on a certain date/time but nobody would show up, so I'd contact the office again and they'd say the crew was coming but nobody would show up, and when the crew did finally get back here they had been told that we had removed a bush that was in the exact spot they needed to put a drain BUT NOBODY HAD MENTIONED REMOVING A BUSH TO US! And, once again, the crew couldn't get in contact with the supervisor! When he did finally talk to a supervisor they asked him if we wanted to have the drain set up in a different way that would mean the job got done that same day BUT their warranty would be invalid!! UM NO are you serious?! Absolutely asinine way to do business, I am shocked that they still get customers at all! So yeah, nobody from the office had called after the first appointment went awry to explain the situation and what they would be doing to fix it, nobody called when we had complained of the lack of communication to explain what was going on, but you can be SURE they billed me immediately after the job was finally done! No delays or waiting around to hear from their billing department haha. We will take our business elsewhere next time we need work like this done, for sure.

It's tough to find a reliable, honest contractor in a new town, and my wife and I got really lucky when our realtor recommended Evergreen. The work has always been on time and on budget. I've emailed and called multiple times, but I've only received radio-silence from his end. On 8/10, I emailed my initial request(s). I decided to call 8/23/18 when I didn't hear anything back. He did answer his call (!) but he wanted to review my email/look over my inspection of my home. On 8/24/18 I emailed him a copy of the inspection- to which he again didn't reply... So, as a final attempt, I called 9/10 to follow up about my emails, and he said he has been too busy to answer calls and emails (due to a storm that happened over that weekend- 9/7-9/10... which it is understandable that he was busy due to flooding in homes from the weather, however I had been trying to contact for 3 weeks...) Any way, during that phone conversation he requested that I AGAIN forward him the inspection via email (which I did that same day), and he assured me he would return my call by lunch time 9/11/18. Guess what- no call or email! This operation doesn't seem very professional, or reliable... Can't speak on the actual work that they do, as I never got to experience that aspect of this business. Update: 2 days after posting this review, I received the email response I had been waiting for. I'm not sure if my review was viewed prior to the response or not- but the email said "I reviewed your inspection and our current schedule of job. We are not interested in bidding you crawl repairs at this time." & they suggested other possible businesses. I appreciate the response at least- but overall, still very disappointed with the experience as a whole. 2 other businesses I contacted earlier in the week responded immediately and I've got in person consultations scheduled.. Stinks I waited a month just for this response, but at least its now moving forward with someone.

They completed work at my home three months ago, and almost immediately issues started coming up. I asked them to come back out to re-evaluate, and when they finally did, that visit went poorly and clearly needs to be redone. Since then, more than two months have passed with absolutely no effort on their part to correct the situation. Meanwhile, the problem has only continued to get worse. I have reached out repeatedly trying to get back on the schedule, and I've been met with delays, excuses, and empty promises. It's beyond frustrating at this point. What makes this even more upsetting is that I paid top dollar specifically because I wanted the job done correctly the first time. Instead, I'm left with worsening issues and zero accountability. Scott keeps saying he's "reaching out," but nothing ever actually happens. I'm exhausted from chasing a company I already paid. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Scheduled the work. The crew was again prompt in starting time. The lead and I discussed the job. There was a problem with the intake for my furnace, it a 3 inch PVC fitting. They didn't even consider moving it over 6 inches. That would make the window open properly. About a week later, the window leaked, caused water and mud to come in all over the newly laid flooring. The window was and still off by 1/2, this causes the window to not open. After my phone calls, especially to the manager, Jeremy. who ever had the balls to return my call, I ended up talking with the salesman "christian". He dragged the phone Conversations out for over 2 weeks. And still, the end result was no results. I contacted a local foundation contractor, he stated that the entire window was installed wrong. The installation included improper insulation, inadequate gravel, below the window and the window itself.
