The quote was a little confusing but Adrian went over all the details and made it easy to understand. We had some very bad weather causing delays in getting the roof work started but we were kept informed every step of the way. When we finally scheduled a day for the work to begin, the guys showed up early and explained what was going to happen and how they would protect our plants, etc. Because more rain was in the forecast, they sent 10-12 workers who completed the job in about 5 1/2 hours. Everything was cleaned up and picked up, the roof looks great including matching vents. We couldn't be happier about the communication and the work that was performed.

The quality of work on our kids' bathroom was absolutely outstanding -- every detail was done perfectly. Beyond the craftsmanship, what really set him apart was how he works. He showed up every single day exactly when he said he would, always positive and professional. He was incredibly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and constantly checked in to make sure even the smallest things were done exactly how we wanted -- including things we wouldn't have thought to ask for. He was very budget-conscious, transparent every step of the way, and flexible with sourcing materials -- happy to pick things up himself or let us handle it. He stuck to his timeline, worked efficiently without ever feeling rushed, and made it clear from day one that he wouldn't leave until we were 100% satisfied. Communication was excellent -- always responsive, easy to reach by text or email, and genuinely kind and professional. His pricing was extremely competitive for the level of quality we received. And as a bonus, he and his girlfriend even delivered cookies to clients at Christmas -- just another example of how much pride and care he puts into his work and relationships. It's clear he's built this business on his own through hard work and integrity. We would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him without hesitation.

I contacted Rob from Hero Exteriors and honestly everything from that point onward was a breeze. He made excellent recommendations (new siding, new roof for house and garage, paint house and garage, new gutters), told us when they'd start and when they'd be finished (actually wound up starting almost a month sooner, which we were fine with, and aside from limitations due to weather they finished everything in the number of days he said it would take), and throughout the entire project he and Jack were in touch with us regularly, making sure we were happy with how things were progressing. The various crews that were here were polite, not messy, and very good at their respective trades. We're happy with the end result and would recommend Hero to anyone!

Wes came out to look at things to see what I needed. He checked the roof area of the "leak" and confirmed it was not soft. He then described that the behavior was very similar to an "ice dam" and he clearly educated me on how that can be remedied. Here is what is awesome. He, like I, thought it was odd that this would happen after 20+ years, so he thought a bit and checked the attic. He found that i had a gap in the pipes up there which was causing hot air to build up inside the attic which is likely what caused the ice dam! I had that fixed over the weekend, so once we get more snow, i'll be able to confirm that that solved the issue. So, my review is "Trust". He could have gouged me and told me the roof was soft and needed to be replaced. He also could have said that i need cables for the ice dam. But Wes kept on it to identify the actual problem.
