If i could give no stars, I would because he wasted 4 weeks of my time waiting for him to do what I…read moreneeded done. First, a week was fine to wait because mine wasn't emergent at the time. Heard nothing until I called two weeks after the initial call. Well, he said the parts were hard to find and expensive. That I might be better off to just replace the heater in the garage. He was going to get me some quotes. A few more days went by, my garage roof started leaking because of the ice on the roof and the thaw. Told Jim I needed it fixed right away to dry out the insulation. No offer to loan something to help until it was fixed. Anyway, 5 weeks now. In the meantime, I called another heating guy, he was here within the hour, had a quote to me a few minutes after he left and, two days later it's fixed with parts readily available, not expensive at all, no need to even talk about replacing the unit. Let me add, I'm going through the worst time in my life, Jim knew this, and still left me hanging. Save your time and money. Call someone else. Seriously.

He communicated well during the entire process, including with the insurance adjuster. Thanks so much, gentlemen.

He came and did his service very well and worked very hard. He cleaned out our furnace thoroughly and replaced the thermocoupler but still something was preventing it from staying lit. Turned out it needed a new gas valve which was outside the normal system which is very old. The day was late and he told me that it needed a part that wasn't available in our area so James went out of his way to another town to get that part and returned in the same evening and worked into the night to make sure our furnace was working fine again. Its so good to feel the radiators hot again! Thankyou James for a job well done and a price that we could afford ! I highly recommend James at American AirFlow for any emergency need as well as other services he performs. When I replace my old system I plan on having James come and install one of his newer energy efficient systems so next season will be even better.

Had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone until I called American Airflow-- the woman who answered was very nice and was familiar with the property. She set up the appointment, no problem. James Cosper was the friendly technician who showed up promptly for the showing, and immediately got to work. He went through everything, top to bottom, and took photos. Within a few days he had emailed me a report, complete with photos for reference. Overall, a very pleasant experience, I found this service to be very professional and reliable.
