Heard nothing until I called two weeks after the initial call. Well, he said the parts were hard to find and expensive. That I might be better off to just replace the heater in the garage. He was going to get me some quotes. A few more days went by, my garage roof started leaking because of the ice on the roof and the thaw. Told Jim I needed it fixed right away to dry out the insulation. No offer to loan something to help until it was fixed. Anyway, 5 weeks now. In the meantime, I called another heating guy, he was here within the hour, had a quote to me a few minutes after he left and, two days later it's fixed with parts readily available, not expensive at all, no need to even talk about replacing the unit. Let me add, I'm going through the worst time in my life, Jim knew this, and still left me hanging. Save your time and money. Call someone else. Seriously.
