At 2:15 received a notification that Tiffany will be an hour and a half late (3:30) did not hear anything further from her. At 3:45 I reach out to her to find out she is still 30 minutes away. She claimed it was due to a flat tire which could be true but I wish she would have at least communicated this. At 4:15 she was no where to be seen and we officially canceled at that point. I wasn't feeling well that day, and was upstairs sleeping during the duration of her clean. It was my fault for not thoroughly inspecting what she did, but I tipped her almost half of the clean on the pure assumption that she DID do what I was looking for. It wasn't until much later in the day that I realized she didn't. I was happy to give her a chance, but I was upset bc I felt taken advantage of. I think she thought I was a sick, young homeowner who wouldn't know the difference.
