    This is a review 8 months later. Within only 4 uses( we…read morebought for our children) and well under a year of purchase, the bouncer will begin to rip at the seams with only the use of small children. I would be careful when purchasing for a company to rent out, it may not last at all. As the company states, you only get a 90 day warranty. So if your buying it for personal use, I recommend using the heck out of it within that time period to ensure there are no defects in the craftsmanship. Otherwise, the company will agree that the seams were sewed incorrectly (bunched) and offer their $13 glue to help, and ensure the integrity of the bouncer is not compromised. Oh and $100 back. Cool gesture I guess for a $1,000 purchase we are now afraid to use. Let's slap a band aid on a gash and hope it won't bleed anymore later down the line. Let's see how long glue keeps something from continuing to be tore when pressure is applied as it is supposed to be. All in all, the problem lies with me and they attempted to help. Just beware purchasing the Rental Lite Rainbow Modular Bounce House when money is limited in this economy. It does not last!

They sent a replacement and also I have to ask for screws because the initial delivery was missing some. When I set up the tent for the first time, I discovered it didn't have all the necessary holes, and one part was missing. I initially thought the problem was due to my setup, so I began contacting customer service. I was directed from one person to another, and in the end, no one seemed to know about my issue. It felt like they didn't understand their own product. I spoke to several representatives, sending them videos, images, and even recorded footage of us setting up the tents, yet nobody followed up with me. About a month ago, the "owner," Mark, texted me saying he would check the videos. However, as of today, July 24th, 2025, I still haven't received a response from anyone. I've sent emails to every address I could find online and messaged all the phone numbers I have, but nobody has replied. My tents are still in storage, and I've made no profit. All I want is my money back. I'm worried about what could happen if I set up these tents at an event and they cause significant damage. After reviewing online feedback, I've noticed that many negative reviews share the same complaints: defective products and poor customer service I don't want a defective product I want my money back

The drivers call when they are about 30 minutes out. The drivers/installers have been polite and helpful in positioning the tents. The tents are clean and sturdy. We are very satisfied and would recommend this business.

    I have worked with Flower City Rentals for 4 years. This year we had the worst customer service…read moreever and because of it will no longer be using this company. We rented a blow up slide as always from them and had no communication the week of about when they we would be dropping off or to confirm the order. I called them the day of and they acted annoyed that I was calling to see what time they would be coming. When they finally arrived they set the slide up backwards so the kids would be sliding into our fence. When I asked them to turn it around they did but were clearly upset about it. Since we rented a waterslide it needed to be hooked up to the hose. They had nothing but difficulties hooking up the hose and actually broke the piece that was to hook up. I saw the set up people all look at each other like "Oh Crap" they said they couldn't get it but kept insisting they had to go and then left. When my husband got home from work he confirmed the waterslide was not going to work with how they left it. I called the office which was closed, I then immediately emailed them letting them know we were having issues. My husband and neighbor were able to get something to work but not perfect as we now had a water shooting out of the connection but there was water on the slide. My husband and neighbor also had to move the deflated 18ft waterslide from side to side to get the trap underneath the waterslide because when the set up crew adjusted the slide they didn't fix the tarp which was no longer underneath at all. On Monday I received and email from the company insinuating I was lying, requesting pictures and said they would give me $50 since we were able to use the waterslide. When the same guys who set the waterslide up came back to pick it up one went to the bathroom in my neighbors yard (all of which was caught on ring camera). Even after all of this the company said too bad. Good Customer Service and appreciation for repeat clients goes along way. This company has neither and clearly doesn't care about anything but making money. They have now lost ours forever and don't suggest anyone rent from them.
