All responses I received from her seemed rushed as if she was bothered by me asking any questions. They only call when they want to sell you insurance. I never met Louis Chan and was never contacted by him in 4 years with his office. All the office wanted was my money and not to be bothered. They took a temporary address and requoted my insurance without telling me and sent me a bill with a retroactive date they chose arbitrarily. They never bothered to communicate with me about it - just sent the bill. When I called back, they showed obvious frustration that they would have to change it. They called, threatening that my insurance was going to be cancelled without politely asking questions. It was rude and I wish that I had switched insurance long ago - prior to my move out of the area.

I had been a long time customer with another company, both with my auto and home insurance. I was…read moretold it was prudent to shop around so I went to a local insurance company who set me up with a great deal with Concord. Now mind you my home been in since 1992 and have only made one maybe two small claims in all the years-nothing recent. Now all of a sudden right before renewal they send me a letter of non renewal due to a small section we were in the middle of repairing, peeled paint, which any intelligent person could see we were in the middle of painting ( before rain and winter came) and there is some moss on the garage. Again all of which was in the process of being repaired, or as with moss an easy remediation. But instead of "hey can you complete these tasks by such and such a date they are now saying they don't want to renew. Oh and never mind trying to talk to someone on the phone who has a clue. Nope they don't know anything and just tell you to go speak to your agent with whom you get the insurance through. What a grand waste of time. Now seeing all their deplorable reviews, they don't deserve to have my money from home and 3 cars!! Shame on CONCORD INSURANCE.
