This is all Asian style - fully clothed and in a community room (lights are dimmed and there's music playing in background). First, he brought some warm water to soak my feet and had me lay down on the massage table (it was lower to the ground). (I'm used to more of a chair setup). He massaged my head, neck and arms first. Then he moved to the foot reflexology part which was my favorite (he did legs here too). Then he had me turn over and massaged my back. Definitely feeling a little sore from the massage - just need to drink a lot of water. $30+tip for an hour massage is totally worth it. I brought my friend along and she'd never had a massage before.
