My masseuse took 15 minutes talking ... Patting the same spot on my leg. Breathing heavily, with really bad breathe... At first I thought ... okay, maybe this is gonna be something genius! So out of my comfort zone but ok ... let's give it a try. It was terrible. I asked and paid for deep tissue, I got pats and heavy breathing. And just all around weird. Having visited Spa Castle as well as King Spa recently, you can definitely tell which one was…read morerecently renovated. King Spa facilities were more dated & felt less refined. There are laminated signs everywhere with instructions & rules everywhere. Many of the jets in the pool were broken & the steam room was out of order. However, the facilities were very well kept, they were constantly cleaning. There's a wide selection of food & a ton of seating. I like that there's a movie theater room. And the price is $25 cheaper than Spa Castle. I still enjoyed myself. Two tips: 1) Save $8 by going to Super Komart just down the street & buying a pass for just $42 if you pay in cash. 2) Bring socks! The floors of several of the sauna rooms are very hot. Shoes are not allowed but socks are. You should also bring your own towel for the water park. The complimentary ones are hand towels.

It was my first professional massage and my masseuse was Camron. She was so sweet and very responsive to my needs. 5/5 for services. The only downside was the front desk staff / spa attendants not communicating to the kitchen that we had the meal package. So after a 30-ish minute delay and a very sweet chef explaining the situation to us in the dining area, we finally were able to enjoy our orange chicken and rice meal. 5/5 for the meal, 3/5 for the unnecessary delay caused by front desk/attendant staff. My partner and I would both come back again.

Massage Service: Pangea Swedish Massage Although Torei wasn't the masseuse I chose when the appointment was made I'm actually glad she was the person to perform the service. She was warm, welcoming, and prior to starting the massage she told me to let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure at any time. Oh, my goodness. Torei's hands were magical. She spent extra time on my trouble area, as requested, and my overall experience with her was great. I wanted more time, but only booked for 50 minutes. I left Daired's relaxed and felt like I was walking on a cloud. Torei gets 5-stars Next time I'll be sure to choose Torei for my massage service. My only critique is for the front desk. Upon arriving, I indicated I was there for an appointment and provided the name of the person I booked with. The front desk person didn't mention that my masseuse would be different. Once I provided the name of the person my appointment was with (based on my confirmation email) that was an opportunity to provide another layer of customer service from the front desk and mention the appointment showed with someone else, since Daired's made the change to the appointment. In general, it's not good practice to rely only on technology to make a customer aware of changes to their appointment that Daired's made.
