While the round center building with all the shops is long gone, it still is one of the main public transportation stations, where various subway, tram and bus lines intersect and you can connect in just about any direction you would like to go. Also be aware that there are 2 underground levels, which may be a little confusing your first time around. The station is fairly clean and quite safe. There is a post office, banks, cafes, grocery and clothing stores surrounding this station on street level. So it's easy to do your errands on yoru way home.
