They will give you any excuse to point the blame on anything else including the customer. My charge eventually fell off 9 days later. I'm moving away and it really did ruined my last few days at home before I left. They offered bothing in compensation. I told the "agent" I would not use them again he said "that's fine e we can't force you" this company doesn't want or deserve business. Stay away.
