I came here in hopes to give decompression therapy a try -- couldn't hurt (or could it?) My experience from making the appointment all the way through leaving my appointment the first day was fantastic. The ladies at the front are so kind and helpful. My first visit, Dr. Jay and I talked about the series of procedures I've had on my spine, my pain levels, my lifestyle, etc., and he knew we had to try decompression therapy. Just a simple conversation with him had me feeling better about hopefully finding relief soon! The decompression table itself seems intimidating. But wow, it felt good! The theory behind it and how it works is pretty neat. From there I did the e-stim, which also felt great, but I think the water bed massage is my favorite.
