It is now April 2, 2025, three months later. When I was in their office I paid my $10 co-paid when I entered as always. After visit of Jan 7 I returned to front desk after my visit incase I had a bill. You'd think at that time they would say I have a $9.22 balance due. No, I was told to just sign a paper and leave which I did. In February when I was due for follow up but was in the hospital they contacted me about my appointment and my daughter who answered was told their was this $9.22 "balance due". It was not a priority and given my condition at the time I did not address it. Next time I heard from them I was while I was on a plane headed home after a family emergency. The girl tells me I owe a balance. I tell her I don't know what for and on a plane I can't talk. Now I get a bill. You would think, if there was a balance owed at the end of a visit I would be informed then when closing at the desk. This office is ridiculous. They have seen me for the last time as I send them their $9.22 for lunch. Find someone else and save the headache until they can handle their billing practices and front desk.

I really liked the method of speaking to the office they text you to remind you of your appointment and email you a new patient packet so your prepared for your appointment which is awesome because i hate filling out paperwork at an office. in regards to covid the office is very clean and requires everyone to wear a mask, they take your temp and ask you screening questions. Also you can easily contact them by texting them too which saves you time from calling. 10/10 would recommend this office and Dr. Oware to all of my friends and family. keep up the great work guys thanks so much for everything i feel so much better

They have somewhat later hours for those of us who work, so you can book an appointment at 6:00 PM and still see the doctor. The downside is that both appointments I had involved fairly long waiting periods. While I arrived promptly, I did not get in to see the doctor until 45 minutes later both times. So honestly, if you are a few minutes late, don't get too stressed out. The staff seem to be very nice and helpful, and Dr. DiMenna gave me some good advice regarding my foot problems. Their location is a bland office building next to the Catholic church.

He always made Michael happy. Their conversations were enjoyable and uplifting. I previously visited Dr. Mellul for a foot issue and he knew exactly what was wrong. Upon examination he said I had a piece of glass in my heel - I was shocked. He removed it to and to my utter surprise - no more pain. Dr. Mellul knew just what to do and I was extremely grateful. Recently I began having other troubles with my feet and he is tenderly guiding me through the healing process as he understands my fear of surgery. I know Dr. Mellul will continue to take good care of my feet. He is a wonderful person.

The lack of professionalism here is absolutely unreal…read more I found this dermatologist via my Cigna insurance network online and did not bother to read any reviews. I was ecstatic to get an appointment in a relatively short time for a specialist (2.5 weeks) and promptly agreed to the 3 PM slot I was offered. After finally finding parking 10 minutes before my appointment(which was a complete nightmare because the office is small), I was extremely confused, because this is actually a podiatrist and a dermatologist in one. No, you don't walk in the building and split to one door, the receptionist actually asks you what service you are there for. The waiting room probably has about 12 chairs and I took the last chair when I sat down. Over the next 20 minutes at least 10 more people entered the office to where it was a sardine can. At no point when I was filling out and returning paperwork did the assistants mention they were running over two to three hours behind on appointments. It wasn't until a gentleman next to me said he had already been waiting an hour and a half that I realized they just over book to make money. There is no way any doctors office with a shred of customer service would fall three hours behind on appointments. And after reading reviews on the Dr many echoed these sentiments with similar experiences. I got up and walked out. I refuse to support an office who has such little issue with inconveniencing their patients.
