We were told we could dine in if we were done by 9:15pm -- no problem. There's a 10% increase in price if you sit out on the street, which is worth it, as it's very nice out there. My wife & I ordered 3 dishes to share, which was more than enough. We got: -Avocado tartare, quinoa, mango chutney and arugula (€11). This dish was the perfect appetizer. Fluffy quinoa along with avocado is the main part of the dish, with plenty of arugula and delectable mango sauce that never becomes too sweet. Wonderful dish. -Heura chorizo with verdejo wine (€11.50). This was the standout dish for us. The heura sausage was impeccably spiced, quite smoky, and complex, served with roasted potatoes and peppers, and served in a remarkable verdejo wine sauce that we needed some bread to pop it up with. Amazing flavours all round. -Catalan-style rice with 'butifarra' (€13.50). This was advertised as "like paella", so we gave it a try. The sausage is Beyond Meat but wonderfully spiced that I didn't recognize it. The rice is cooked and spiced beautifully with saffron, with lots of small chunks of red and green peppers. The dish also came with a sublime orange-y yellow sauce of some sort that was the perfect accompaniment to the rice and sausage. Phenomenal dish. All in all, just fantastic vegan food that is worth going out of your way to try and planning for (you might need a reservation). Service is decent -- the usual nonchalant, not-in-a-hurry Spanish service. Highly recommended.

So many flavors: walnuts, avocado, corn, sprouts, berries, and goat cheese just to name a few. I usually need a meat or chicken protein to fill me but the salad was more than enough. There are plenty of other options too. Next time, I think I'll try the veggie and cheese quesadilla. They offer a burger as well. I highly recommend Yerbabuena to anyone looking for a healthy alternative.

I had a reservation the first visit but realized I didn't need one so I did not do it again on my second visit. The first time I tried the MAD signature burger which was fantastic! I love the sauce on the burger and on the side. The Cajun fries were good although labeling them as Cajun is a stretch. The chicken sandwich was also very good and the sweet potato fries were to perfection. Again great sauce on the sandwich. For all the food with or without the sauce it has flavor which I truly appreciate! The cookies and cream dessert was tasty and kind of reminded me of key lime pie. Service was great as they are quick and very attentive. I like the restaurant vibe and it was not noisy and had a great music. Overall I really enjoyed the food here and would've ate here everyday if I could.

(My American stomach still craves dinner at 7-8ish.) There was only one other table in the place. The restaurant was rather quiet, even with the music playing. What I ordered: I got the Vietnamese plum rolls. They were topped with bean sprouts and red pepper and came with a spicy asian sauce and a small portion of white rice. The flavor of the rolls was delicious! It didn't taste too fruity. It was more of a savory dish. My only complaint is the rice was still a little hard, but it was bearable. This dish was one of the more expensive ones, but it was worth it!

We ordered the Greek salad and the lacon. The salad was delicious! I think the feta might have been violife, but I've never tried the violife feta so I'm not sure. The dressing on the salad was super good too. This is my first time trying lacon. It felt a little greasy, but it wasn't bad. I think it was just new to me since I didn't grow up eating it. For dessert, we got a brownie sundae! We also mentioned to our server that we had only 45 minutes, and he had our food to us within 5-10 min of ordering! Excellent service! They probably prefer it that way because the quiet vibe appeared to be part of the ambiance they're seeking here. We just found it by chance on Google Maps as an alternative to the beef-heavy eateries in the neighborhood. We just felt a need to eat healthier. The menu was small and appetizing, and we treated ourselves to two 3,5€ glasses of Zafra Blanco, a crisp Spanish white wine that freshened our palates. We started our meal with a complimentary helping of a "creamy" beetroot dip accompanied by lightly crisped pita chips (Photo 7). Next came the 12€ Spinach and "Parmesan" Croquettes, six lightly fried, falafel-like spheres drizzled with cashew nut mayo (Photo 8). They provided the ideal bites. Jamie went for their signature 15€ Moroccan Bowl with corn couscous, beetroot falafel, sweet potato, spinach, cherries, pickled cucumber, tomato, and fresh dates drizzled with mint yogurt sauce (Photo 6). It was quite a cornucopia of flavors that meshed quite well together with the falafels the particular standout. I decided to go for the 8€ Brochette of "Chicken" with chunks of zucchini and onion and satay sauce over a bed of sweet potato noodles (Photo 9). I'm not sure what the "chicken" was, but the flavor and texture was surprisingly spot-on. At the same time, I'm glad I limited myself to one skewer because I wanted to save room for dessert and the 4€ bottle of sparkling Green Apple Cider (Photo 4). Jamie and I settled on the delightful 6,5€ Tiramisu Cake dusted with Cocoa and swirled with Toffee (Photo 10). We finished our meal with 2€ cups of Cortado with the right amount of warm, steamed milk (Photo 5). They were totally full when we arrived, and seemed to not want to let us know that there would likely be tables available soon. The pizza came out in about 10 minutes. Both were tasty, especially the vegetable pizza, which had wonderfully marinated vegetables (peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and onions). The barbacoa was nice too, having vegan bacon, corn, and BBQ sauce. Solid spot for vegan pizza and other casual foods but done creatively and with class. Recommended.
