He came out the next day, and replaced all of the gaskets around the roofing vents. He showed me a before and after picture of the gaskets. He surmised that a squirrel could have chewed into the gasket, trying to get into our house. I think that he is right, because other neighbors have squirrels in their attic. He is a nice guy, very professional, timely in his response and does not cost you an arm and a leg. I would hire him again in the future!

A few important things to note: 1: Kevin got back to me within hours from my initial request. 2: He followed up with me in the timeframe he said he would. 3: He showed up on the agreed upon day and completed the job without any issues. These things might seem trivial but when dealing with any kind of contractor today, these are rare traits. I will definitely call Kevin for any future roofing jobs.

Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.

My husband put in a patio and sidewalk along our house using pavers as his first retirement project. It was great at first but soon became a safety hazard. Bill replaced both with stamped and/or textured cement work. Our yard slants and there was a rotted tree stump under my husband's work. He ground out what was left of the stump and dug out more dirt than his estimate stated to make our new patio flatter and make 1 step possible instead of the 2 steps originally expected. By doing this we also no longer needed window guards for our basement windows. Our estimate also included a garbage can pad on one side of the sidewalk. When he went to do the work, he realized there would be a small area of grass between the two and offered to make it all one area at no additional cost. At the beginning of the job I asked him if he could give me an estimate for a cracked walkway out front and an estimate if we did the rock area alongside the walkway. I made it clear I understood that he would more than likely have to come back for that job as he was already backed up due to Mother Nature. He explained it was actually more time and cost effective to do the work at the same time. He pointed out that if we did the whole area it would save on maintenance as weeds are a problem with the rocks. We use pots for flowers anyway, so the no weed idea was a gift. We were having our back patio stamped, so when he gave me a price for the entire front area he asked if I wanted it stamped. I said yes if it wasn't too costly or a problem for him. He gave me a fair price for stamping the entire front and I was happy. The next day he explained he would like to texturize the sidewalk to tie the front and back together but there would be no added cost. I was thrilled. As we are novices when it comes to concrete his suggestions as a professional were much appreciated. He asked if we wanted the stamping straight or on an angle. Again, we were clueless, but Bill explained an angle usually looked nicer and made the work pop. He included us in every decision regardless of our lack of knowledge. Bill Smith is a detail guy. You may not think of it, but he will. He will suggest and explain. He was as concerned about a quality job, that made us happy, just about as much as we were. He was a true pleasure to work with.

I was completely in shock when each company I had out all gave me wildly different quotes with price ranges all over the board. On top of that, I was very uncomfortable with the everyone's high pressure approach and demeanor. I don't like to make decisions quick and wanted to take the time to weigh my options. My search was looking like a complete waste of time until I came across these guys on yelp. Their quote came almost instantly and the price was nearly 1/3 what other roofers wanted to charge me. The warranty for shingles seemed solid, which is all I was concerned about, so I figured I'd give them a try. Installation day came and everything seemed good (I watched from the ground, I'm afraid of heights lol). Removing the old roof made a huge mess but the guys searched the yard making sure each piece of trash and every nail was picked up. The new shingles look so much better and were able to withstand a pretty heavy rain storm we got about 2 days after install. If I had to replace 10 roofs, I would hire these guys 10 times. I couldn't find a better a price and after seeing the finish product, I feel like I got a great deal. I've recommended these guys to 2 of my neighbors and both hired them and had the same result.
