I cannot stress enough how creative and understanding she is and a joy to work with. We had quite a few items we wanted to keep and asked that she incorporate them into other items that she purchased for us. Every room from the guest rooms, dining room, LR, kitchen, owners suite she added items and her own creative touches to make our entire house so comfortable. We have been so pleased with her work and would highly recommend her to others that need to have someone place that one object you love in a special place as she did for us. We were not disappointed with her and would definitely request her services again.

When I sold the house two years ago, they looked as great as when they'd been installed, and (in my opinion) helped the house sell quickly, and for a great price! Therefore, when I bought my new house, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Joy again. I found her to be just as easy to work with, and she had great ideas for the many, many windows in our new place. She also gave me great recommendations for other companies she'd worked with on the other upgrades we were doing. When anyone asks me about recommendations for this type of work, I recommend Joy again and again. She and her team do outstanding work!

Joy made it such a seamless process by helping us decide on styles/fabrics/colors/etc. We could have easily been overwhelmed by all the different options to choose from but with her expertise she helped us find the best treatments to fit our space and give us the functionality that made the most sense for us. We also appreciated her transparency in pricing by giving us different options in the estimates to compare and ultimately decide what we wanted to go with. We were also very excited to find out our shades were ready to install a few weeks ahead of schedule. Joy's installer Michael did an amazing job installing all of our 18 individual shades in one job too which we really appreciated since it was a lot of work. Needless to say we are so thankful to Joy and her team for their efforts and would highly recommend them for your window treatment selection needs.

Great selection and patience with our considerations (in fact, Ryan came out for a site visit and pushed us to take home additional samples and really take our time considering what was going to be a longterm purchase) and the pricing was reasonable - maybe lower than expected for the level of service delivered. Following up along those lines, our installers were efficient, trustworthy professionals who did great work. We intend to have more done soon, and House of Floors will now be the only place we contact - they've earned our business and our trust.

Her work ethic is detail-oriented and a little exhaustive (not a bad thing), she's on time or early, and she's exceptionally creative. Like some of the better choreographers and directors I've worked with in the arts, Shannon just has an eye for her craft; one minute she'll be wandering a space, calculating, and the next she has what can only be described as a Vision: This is how it Should Be.
