They also gave me exercises and stretches to do at home which I still do. Both times, the issues were completely resolved. I am currently attending for a fall that occurred in October 2022. I injured my right leg. I broke the cuboid bone in my foot and am still experiencing pain. I'm also been experiencing pain in my right knee and hip. I've been attending for about the last month but because of commitments, not able to attend as regularly as I'd like, but It is feeling better already. Patients can hear everything that the office staff says, including personal identifying information. They never actually call your insurance to confirm what your rate is. This place is a scam when it comes to how much they charge for a visit. They pick an arbitrary number without checking with the insurance provider. They make you pay there on-site the day of your test or no test. I've never had an MRI where there wasn't a headset or some distraction (movie playing or music playing), literally there was nothing. Just towels against your ears and that's it.

A few days ago my daughter woke up with an extremely sore neck and severe stiffness. She was not really able to turn her head to the right. We did some home treatment but the next day she woke up in the same painful spot. By the way, my daughter is only seven years old. I called the office and asked if they would be able to treat her since I have never taken a child to the chiropractor before. They said absolutely, and that the youngest that they have treated was two weeks old. I took my daughter, and the entire staff took extreme care with her considering her age and size. Dr. Clarkin evaluated her and determined where the issue was- he was extremely patient and encouraging because my daughter was super nervous. The adjustment was quick, and my daughter was amazed when it happened and that it was painless. We went back three days later and she only needed a small adjustment this time and a follow up next week. If you have a child that needs an adjustment, do not hesitate to take them here!

You feel like you've gained another family that wants to do the part in healing. No garbage just fixing. Got this awful cyst off my face. I was awake for the surgery which feels like a flex LOL. His front office staff was great too. The plastic surgeon department was my favorite one. If I ever get this weight off, they're first I'm going to for skin removal LOL! The main complaint thought is definitely the front desk in the Park Manor associates side needing to be better about answering calls. I work front desk, I know it's possible and I've seen them improving drastically- it seems they replaced the old staff with people a little more thrilled for their job. My job is a hotel, the phone is constantly ringing, and I have a million other things to do. And I get paid a fart and a smile (basically nothing is the point), so I get their standpoint but I also question it and have gotten flustered with it because I find they get paid more and are always way less busy then my job- so I don't get the wait times. Coming in and seeing three on staff, one person just twiddling their thumbs, but the phone not stop ringing is a bit off putting. Overall though, through my frustration I stay with this office.
