It's located in Noda so parking is scarce, but that's the norm. There's a good amount of street parking in the area though. I can't express how much I enjoyed working out of this location. First, the staff was amazing. The receptionist was always incredibly friendly and helpful, and could answer any questions I had about the office. Kim, the owner, made sure that I had all of the accommodations I needed, and make sure that all of my needs were taken care of quickly. As for the office itself, it was well-furnished, and was a welcoming environment. Even with it being temporary, I felt right at home. It was very quiet, so I could get all of my work done without any distractions. There was a great conference room in the event I needed to hold a larger meeting. Having a kitchen in the office helped out immensely, because I didn't have to worry about eating out every day. That being said, being right above Birkdale Village was great if I wanted to step out for lunch, or if I needed to set up a lunch meeting with a client or coworkers. . If you are looking for a place, even if it's just temporary like my situation was, Birkdale Office is your best bet. I have worked out of other temporary office rental locations in the past, but they never felt as welcoming or comfortable as Birkdale Office did. 5 stars, well-earned.

It was neither a sit-in place or dim sum specific establishment. They mostly serve to a takeout audience, but we wanted to stay and eat. So we ordered with a staff member's help at the kiosk, several different kinds of dumplings as well as a spicy noodle dish and kebobs. There was a small space in the room over where we were able to sit down to eat so we sat in that space. All in all I think it offered an interesting concept for supporting several different businesses under this roof and the food options were very honed into certain specialties. The sizing and such reminded me of street food and I enjoyed most of it. I might try it again in the future if I'm looking for something to order ahead and need something to eat on the go.

I LOVE working at coffee shops and having humans to talk to (as opposed to just my pups) but I hate the hustle and bustle of coffee shops and larger coworking spaces...
