The sales rep (forgot his name) told me that they ALWAYS had availability. Fast forward three weeks and they NEVER had any availability. I tried looking for just one private office in the next month, and still nothing. Eventually I started going to a different location which was not convenient at all, and then soon after I cancelled my membership. This is where the nightmare began. I was sold on a month to month plan, but after cancelling they told me it was a FIVE YEAR agreement, what? I immediately emailed support and they told me that was a mistake and they would take care of it. They charged me for an additional three months and still to this day they have not fixed it after several more emails and calls. I called American Express and disputed the last charge, and plan to do it for all the other months since I canceled too. Now they have sent me to collections for the month I disputed and was not supposed to be charged for, and STILL have not canceled my membership. This is the epitome of an unethical business that is all about selling and profits and could care less about their customers. What an absolute joke. Out of principal I will be fighting back. P.S. This is no reflection of the staff at this location, this is all about their upper management.

This is some solid Class B Office space. Shared bathrooms, decent buildouts, minimal amenities. It's far from class A Office Space. Tracey the new manager claims to have researched the rent in the area and believes that the Atrium was under priced. For about the last year, Tracey has been attempting to get tenants to increase the rent they are paying and the vacancies are increasing. He is under the belief that the property is worth $2.60 a sq ft. It is not. $1.75 to $2.00 a sq foot is what is being advertised all over the area. If he let's you in at a reasonable market rate (1.75 - 2.00) he is going to attempt the "bait and switch" in hopes to substantially increase your rent because you won't want to relocate. It's pretty sad really. Many of the tenants are leaving and will continue to do so. Price it at market level and people will stay. I don't think I will be renewing my lease.

Membership fees are affordable, rentals are always free (which is huge), and it's open, if I recall, very late into the night. So if you work weird hours, you can still get your climbing fix. So there you go, a good climbing gym with good facilities and resources for anyone and everyone.
