The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful! Unlike the other REGUS location that I use, the staff are very professional, courteous and very competent. Everything that I request, they make it happen without any errors. The location is ideal and all of the "day" office are fully equipped with everythin you need in order to meet clients. I really wish I could clone this REGUS (the staff and offices) to ensure that my experience would be equally rewarding at the other REGUS location that I use. read more

1/5 Extremely disappointed with Regus and how this was handled by Melissa, Deputy City Manager. I had already provided the required mail documentation when I originally signed up for office space. After converting to virtual/mail-only service, I received a notice accusing my company of being in "material default" and stating that all of our mail would immediately be returned as undeliverable. No one called or contacted me beforehand to explain that new documentation was required or give me an opportunity to correct the issue. I completed and returned the requested forms immediately, but this entire situation could have been resolved with a simple phone call or email. For a company entrusted with handling business mail, this level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. read more

Regus California Iron Point - Shared Office Spaces Near Me - Folsom, California

See all

Receptionists here are really rude and snotty. They don't like doing their job or remember people's names who are regulars. They play on their phones all day and never get any work done. read more

All I can say is that I've used Regus for years at three of their locations. Yes, the staff is professional and usually the offices are clean and convenient. Okay. That's where the good news ends. Regus is like joining a religious cult - easy to get in, impossible to get out. Just try to leave. It's the Hotel California. Look at some of the other reviews and you'll see what I mean. If even one customer complained about this, it would be suspicious. There are plenty more than just one. Speaking of cancelations, you can't. If you call the office to cancel a reservation or, God forbid.... use their purposefully un-navigatable website, Regus will confirm that you canceled the reservation. A bold-faced lie. They don't cancel......you'll still be charged. And they are damned sneaky about it. There is no way to successfully prosecute Regus, if it's even located in the U.S. at all. All I can tell you is... avoid it - like the plague. Find a local rentable office, look up other companies that rent offices by the day, do anything to stay out of the clutches of this organization. You can ignore this review but then don't be surprised if you find yourself writing the same thing in two years. Sacramento Attorney read more

I cannot recommend this business. They will lock you into a contract that will be impossible to terminate. They are not up on California state law or on their breach of it. I recommend you look at the many other co-working spaces or virtual offices in Rocklin, Sacramento or El Dorado Hills. read more

Stay clear of Regus. They charge you for EVERYTHING, overbook the conference rooms, do not have a clean facility and do not respond to your questions. Now we are ending our lease and they are charging us fees that area designed to totally take your deposit. Phone fees, exit fees, etc. read more

Was a decent experience renting from them... it was functional and not terrible pricing for what you got. BUT - when it came time to move out - HOLY CRAP - TERRIBLE experience. Talk about aweful - our lease ended in July, we're still being charged and it's Sept. 1... we've called, emailed and begged - but someone somehow wrote down our lease as running through 2022... we signed a month to month lease... We're still being charged, and no one responds to our emails. I have to call multiple times to a call center who has to call the local center to try and confirm details and call me back. The call center has never once called me back as they have promised 3 times - I once received an email saying things were fixed, and now I have another email notifying me that they charged me again. I finally reached out to our credit card company to block any and all charges from Regus going forward. I would NEVER rent from them again. We still don't have our deposit back and that's a whole other ordeal. read more

Agree with everyone on the staff at this location. They were great; however, attempting to cancel my membership has proven to be a nightmare. I've been trying to cancel since August 30 (the last time I visited the office) and am still fighting with their main office. I first notified the team in person and was told to cancel online. I was unable to do that and then emailed the local team again who forwarded my concerns to the main office. After another two months of back and forth, it turns out I had been speaking with the wrong "parent office" and finally got ahold of a different "parent" office. I was told my account would be cancelled from the date I first notified the team; however, the latest correspondence from Regus is that the soonest they can cancel is Nov 30. Meanwhile I continue to get charged (so far for 3 additional months that I never visited a single day). I would HIGHLY suggest paying with a credit card that has a good dispute policy and is pro consumer because as nearly everyone has said, this place is a nightmare to part with. In fact, the only thing I've actually been able to part with is my money. You've been warned. read more

Run Away! You'll get nickel and dimed to death with a billing system that is from the 19th century. Be sure not to die before your last invoice or you'll certainly be leaving your family a headache. While the staff tries their best to provide great service, the company cannot fire up their abacus fast enough to be fair. Take your hard earned business somewhere else. read more

We had the problem from day one on every invoice we received from your company. There always errors in their invoices mostly overcharging. I had to spend so much time review and disputing every invoice to make sure the invoices were done properly. I was told by their staff this is a "system glitch" and happening to a lot of their tenants? There is no responsible person to make sure accurate invoices are being sent out. We are being overcharged systematically hoping that people are too busy to dispute charges. I would not recommend this location as is setup to nickel and dime tenants. read more

I have been at this Regus location for nearly two years now and have always been extremely happy with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the offices. My clients are always impressed by the friendliness of everyone to the cleanliness of kitchen/break room to the beauty of the building. Lots of care and hard work go into maintaining such an office and the Folsom staff do an amazing job. I highly recommend that anyone who needs private office space, whether an individual practitioner like myself who needs just a single office or a small group like the attorneys occupying a suite nearby, seriously consider Regus in Folsom. read more

Billing issues, Billing issues and they take out any amount of money if you place credit card with them and getting refund is hell of pain, you have to spent hours for your money. Less patience to front staff. Front staff keep changing and they all blame previous staff. No fairness in deals absolutely. For some no charge for internet, for some, $49.99, for some $99.00 etc ..similarly for kitchen fee etc .. Every year rent go up abnormally for existing clients. I really don't advise this place to hire for office ... Move in and move out with systems/furniture/clients is a pain. read more

I have been at the Regus in Folsom for over a year and I'm very happy with it. The office is nice and the staff are great. I have access to all the services I need. Periodically, I utitlize the conference rooms for meetings of 4 to 10 or more people and it works out well. Being in a building with other professionals from all sorts of fields is nice. I definitely recommend Regus. read more

We moved in October 2012 and have had nothing but great customer service. The staff worked with us to install our own server and printer (other tenants have access to a main printer and server). As others said, the shared space is wonderful, Kaylyn, Aaron, and Susan are always pleasant and willing to help when asked. The office is located right off the freeway and across from the outlet mall (dangerous!). All in all, a great choice. read more

This is a dreadful company to do business with because there is no local decision making authority. I had a 2 year lease and at the end they charged me a $699 exit / continuation fee to my utter surprise. I asked for something to evidence the obligation 3 months ago at the end of my lease and still nothing has been provided. I paid timely each month during my term and yet they charged me $57 each of the last 3 months as "late fees" while I contested these inexplicable charges that they still have not substantiated. Also, they have not refunded my deposit although my lease term ended 3 months ago. I ended up paying the late fee and all late charges as requested by their local rep, being told that's what I needed to do to facilitate the waiver on the ridiculous exit charge to get my refunds because that's "policy." The local rep seemed earnest, though it's a gross policy, so I complied. Over a month later now and they still refuse to issue the waiver and refund the bogus charges and my deposit, and have continued to impose late fees which no one can seem to explain. It's just been a nightmare dealing with these people and so small claims court is next. Moral of the story: You can do much better with space sharing alternatives between hives and shared workspaces that are readily available, and less expensive. If you need more regular use of space there are also other a number of local and reasonable flex space companies than Regus. read more

This is a great office away from the office. Front staff is welcoming, professional and accommodating. For either an extended stay or frequently being able to stop by for a day office, this is a great place to do business. Super clean, spacious offices, fast internet...THANK YOU!! read more

I'm a current tenant here and If I Could leave this place I would. The billing department is horrible. They have been overcharging me for months and I cant get them to fix it.They charge me late fees on bills that are not even sent out . Not to mention the deposit money that they will never giveback. I've See it too many times. I'm hoping that other people don't get in the same spot as me. read more

I have been at this location since 2008. I selected this location due to the close proximity to my residence and quick freeway access. Customer service is great, specially, the ladies at front desk; are always there to help. My biggest issue is the Lease / Service Terms and Conditions that I have signed (My bad, I didn't read the fine prints). Therefore, I would like to forewarn you, read all the fine prints BEFORE YOU SIGN!!!! 1. For example, during my three year lease terms, the management decided to charge $99 per person ( not per office, again, per person) for internet access!!! And, yes they can (per the conditions and terms), actually, they can charge any fee they want at any time!!! (Per agreement, "This agreement is the commercial equivalent of an agreement for accommodation(s) in a hotel" . For instance, at one point, I was charged approximately $400 for having 4 people in my office. After, exhaustive negotiation, I managed to reduce the internet fee to $99.00 per month, again, I had to prove that there is only one person in my office at any given time(at times, I have training in my office)!!! The internet service is offered for free and as an incentive in the nearby rental offices (shop around). 2. Conference room is another issue; again, conference rooms are offered free for tenants at nearby competing office locations. At Regus, you will pay for using the conference rooms! During my initial lease terms, conference room use was offered for free. Over the years, this service was taken away. No client Loyalty! 3. At one point, the management all of sudden decided to charge approximately $34.00 for kitchen services per person. Again, this fee was added to my invoice in the middle of my lease terms! However, due to multiple complaints by tenants at Regus, this fee was stopped recently. Again, read the fine prints, they can charge you for any fee any time! 4. Check your invoice. multiple times, I noted additional fees on my invoice for services that I even didn't use. I did fight and had these fees removed (for example, printing services at the common area). I have my own copier/printer in the office. I agree with another Yelp reviewer regarding errors on invoices mostly overcharging. 5. There is a lot of turnover, obviously for many reasons! However, I believe the main reason is the lack of Customer Loyalty and excess unreasonable fees! I am a small business owner and I do understand that it comes down to dollars-and-cents! You are probably asking if you were experiencing all these issues then why are you still at Regus! Great question! Well, all the issues that I have mentioned above have happened mostly in the past 3 years! Unfortunately, I had signed a 2-year lease and have to fulfill my lease obligations. Prior to signing a 2-year lease, I voiced my concerns and was hoping to get a resolution but I was proven wrong. And, at the end of my lease terms, I will be relocating to a nearby office. The purpose of my review is to assist you with your decision. Again, I will emphasize, Read the Lease Agreement prior to signing. read more

Great place to work and the Staff is top notch, I have enjoyed this place better than any other place I have ever been at, they take great care of their clients. read more

The staff at Regus in Folsom were great, but the company policies are unreasonable. Paying for a virtual office (basically a mailbox) I had to pay extra to check and see if mail had arrived. This should be included. Also, if you decide to terminate, you have to do it two months before the actual termination date, or it is automatically renewed annually. These are sketchy business practices designed to maximize the profit of Regus at the expense of small business owners. I don't recommend doing business business with Regus unless you have no other choice. read more

I use a number of Regus offices throughout California. By far the best one is the offices in Folsom. The staff is awesome. Not just friendly, but genuinely helpful. If I need something for the office I am using, or I need to accommodate a specific clients needs...they are simple and helpful. Relaxed but very efficient and highly professional. read more
