The Office Managers of FBC are always responsive to tenant needs and offer services that make our lives just a little bit easier. I make regular use of the UPS pickup service and use their phone services. In the two years, I've been here, I've never regretted my choice. They have a coffee machine that can make more stuff than any Keurig and they have bagels on Fridays. The perks are nice, but the friendly and professional staff are what matter the most.

For the Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED you must take both an online course and in person class(via Zoom.) Everything is provided for you to use in the class and the instructors are patient and professional! Upon successful completion, you'll receive a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED! History of CPR In 1956 Dr. James Elm was the first to demonstrate CPR and with help of Dr. Peter Safar, invented mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Peter Safar called it the "ABCs"maintaining a patient's Airway, Breathing and Circulation. Resusci Anne was the first CPR training mannequin made by dollmaker Åsmund Laerda. It was inspired by a death mask of a unidentified teenager that tragically took her own life in River Seine(Paris) in the late 1880's. She was said to have a sweet smile and so beautiful that her image should be preserved! The lyrics "Annie, are you OK?" in Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" was also inspired by Resusci Anne! I would recommend visiting this building and my husband and I will definitely be returning to take another class! I had a disappointing experience with Regus during offboarding…read more Before my office agreement ended, I asked to purchase Business Continuity because I was expecting important business mail. The manager told me she would submit the request and instructed me to select the related services online, which I did. After my agreement expired, the manager called and told me that the price she had quoted was too low and that my Business Continuity request had not been processed. She said I was no longer eligible for that service and would need to purchase a virtual-office package instead. I was not asking Regus to provide ongoing mail service for free. Because I had followed the instructions given to me before my agreement ended and was expecting one particular letter, I asked whether the office could simply notify me if that letter arrived. The manager declined. I submitted a complaint through Regus's online portal but received no substantive response. Customers purchasing offboarding or mail-continuity services should obtain written confirmation that the service has been activated before their office agreement ends.
