The internet is fast, the people are incredible, the coffee is free (and delicious), and the location is perfect. You can connect with local entrepreneurs and get support for whatever you may need. There are realtors, digital marketers, tax firms, HR consultants, developers, insurance teams, startups, nonprofits, and so much more all working under one roof. The community is also very active with cool activities pretty regularly. We do happy hours, Top Golf, skiing, rafting trips, yoga, group workouts / runs. If you call the office to cancel a reservation or, God forbid.... use their purposefully un-navigatable website, Regus will confirm that you canceled the reservation. A bold-faced lie. They don't cancel......you'll still be charged. And they are damned sneaky about it. There is no way to successfully prosecute Regus, if it's even located in the U.S. at all. All I can tell you is... avoid it - like the plague. Find a local rentable office, look up other companies that rent offices by the day, do anything to stay out of the clutches of this organization. The Office Managers of FBC are always responsive to tenant needs and offer services that make our lives just a little bit easier. I make regular use of the UPS pickup service and use their phone services. In the two years, I've been here, I've never regretted my choice.
