This man came in saying he was qualified to do sheetrock repair where a tree had fell on the roof…read moreand we had lots of damage there was also the roof to be repaired which he brought somebody else in on they never finished the job and took advantage of the 70-year-old man with the beginning of Alzheimer's to get all the money out of him before the job was finished needless to say they never finished the job they kept saying they were going to so we let them do some work on the bathroom which was very small and needed to totally remodeled he left us with a brand new tub that won't hold water sheet rock dust all over everything, screws that have not been mudded or sanded seams of the sheetrock are so offset that there's no way to fix it rather than tearing everything out and starting over he just does not know what he's doing I can float out sheetrock I can hang sheetrock mud sheetrock and hand and float it out and he kept telling me because I knew construction finished. I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money

Mr. Hines built a room on our house for my 89 year old Dad to live in, so he could be close to me…read more It took them six (6) months to build 500 sq ft and we lived right down the road from his business he runs out of his house. I had to find most of the items for the room, Mr. Hines assistant doesn't know how to order supplies! This was in Oct of 2017. Recently we are having problems with the flooring they installed (it is separating). Shower knob has a problem with keeping the water hot. Defective knob. Called everyday for a week and they finally returned my Dad's call and told us the company is too busy to do any warranty work. Mr. Hines assistant said he would put this on their calendar to one to two months, then they might be able to repair these items. Mr. Hines builds rooms for a reasonable price but follow-up is NOT customer friendly.

Everyone is super responsive, super easy to communicate with, and very prompt. Additionally they stop by the project routinely during the progress to ensure it is being done correctly and with a high attention to detail. We never felt dismissed if we had a specific question or concern, and we felt that they chose great trade teams to complete specific work; dry wall, plumbing, tiling etc. The biggest compliment I can give is how accommodating they were to my schedule with working from home and having an 11-month-old. They made living in a construction zone tolerable. We also greatly appreciated that everyone they hired to complete work in our home also seemed super trustworthy and friendly. I never felt uncomfortable in my own home, alone with a baby, and with different construction crews around.

This is a great company to work with. They are both kind and professional. Very responsive also.read more

From beginning to end (first contact to getting a bid to project completion) Luis & Beewise was…read morevery good to work with. It was a small (not easy) job that needed to be done. A/C upstairs leaked and caused ceiling damage downstairs. Luis did a very good job repairing/replacing the ceiling. Even went out of the way to get the right color to match the ceiling. After all, the last time the ceiling was painted was 15 years ago when the house was built. There was fading so he took a piece of the ceiling to Home Depot to match and got a perfect color match.

I obtained 2 other quotes, as most people should always do, and the quotes to include repainting after the repair were all within about $800-$1000 of each other. I got busy, as work/kids get in the way, but Andrew followed up with me over a 2 month period (respectfully, he wasn't calling me too often, just consistent which I needed as it was right before this years rainy season which had I delayed further, could have caused internal damage, i.e.mold). After the stucco work was done, he painted it properly-primer, and 2 coats of paint. Andrew and his team were respectful, professional, and cleaned up after. Highly recommend Revive, Andrew 1-800-500-0514. Thanks Revive! Dave Cavaliere Land O'Lakes, FL 34638

Andrew subcontracted to another company to do the painting job and didnt inform me. I was led to believe Andrew would be painting my kitchen. Then he told me the painters painted my kitchen doors, so he needed to charge me more, extra $. I objected & he was argumentative. I ended up reluctantly paying extra. I had cheaper offers to do this job by my handiman, & I should have hired him. Andrew was trying to blame me for his poor communications & I pointed out he was supposed to be the professional and make sure communications were clear from the beginning, not add on "surprise" charges. I would not use his service unless you like surprise charges and arguing. Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Devic
