This company is a complete scam. Do NOT under any circumstances buy the crap they are selling. We paid to be on the back of receipts at various dollar stores in Miami, and they took our money and did not put us on any receipts. These negative reviews are spot on about RTN. They're deceptive in there sales and will tell you what you want to hear and then do the opposite when you sign up with them. The representative that called me kept calling my everyday for a week to sale me ads for my business. I told them no everytime and when the conversation went from no to how much. They tried to sale me on a $220 ad spot. I said no because in the paper medium these ads don't perform well in this day and age. So then they switch up on me and said they would give me 2 ad spots for the price of one. I said no. Then it went from okay how about 2 ads for $175 and I was on board because it left me some money in my budget to advertise elsewhere. When I signed the contract thinking it was $175 a month I found out after waiting a month and still no calls from the ads and upset that they put my ads in a store surrounded by apartment dweller who would never call me for services. They said no the ad agreement was for $220. And I know full well I would never have agreed to that price knowingly. So I canceled my card to prevent them from taking money using their deceptive scam. If they so much as try to come after me on the contract basis. They will lose because my habits in advertising is going to be my saving grace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Kevin Littlewood, Assistant Regional Manager, & Marshall Bonnes, Regional Manager, are the WORST customer service representatives that a company could have. MONTHS of trying to contact both of these men and only spoke to their voicemails and never received a SINGLE response on email. To give you the WHOLE story, we started this program because we had success with another receipt company in the past and wanted to get into a specific store. They were eager to get us started, and once they had us in their grasps, they communication stopped. When I found out we were the ONLY one being printed with a 2 free offer, I was SHOCKED and UPSET. They did nothing. When we cancelled, they kept charging the card and printing unapproved ads. NOW, I have to wait FOUR TO SIX WEEKS for a refund! SUCH A SCAM! read more

This company is a scam! They told me my ad would run for 3 months and then charged me for 6 months. I never received a contract that said 6 months. All of the paperwork I received said 3 months. we shall see . right now as far as i can tell i opened my account with this company end of April 2021since then i have paid $1800 for an add that never was printed. I contracted to print an add to appear on the back of Weiss Market receipts Weiss Market in Lewes DE. Apparently Weiss markets here in my area have no print on the back of their receipts . My Own fault i dont shop there so i never checked . i went there and found no print on their checks. This company has the weiss Market Logo clearly front and center. I am only giving this company one star because this is the lowest possible rating. If there was a negative rating I would use that. Before signing any agreement with this company carefully read the agreement, check references and Better Business Bureau reviews. You will be glad that you did. The people that work for this company have LOOSE ETHICS and will tell you anything, including outright lying. The sales rep made it seem that there was urgency in getting an agreement signed so that a certain date could be met for advertising. I was later told that he had to sign up more business to have all the slots filled on the tape before the advertising would start. He didn't know when that would be completed. I wanted to sign up for a 6 month cycle but was told that was not possible. That was an available option. I was not given the agreement until several days later so that I would not know that a six month agreement was an option. I expressed my concern about being misled and the sales rep referred me to his manager. The manager said that he would check into my concern and get back to me. I did not hear anything from him for the next 30 days. i was contacted about running my ad after another 30 days had passed. But no mention of him agreeing to check with his company on the concerns that I expressed. Recently the manager contacted me on 9/30 to tell me that my ad had been running for over a month. I don't know how that was possible since the individual that developed the ad reached out to me on October 1st for approval of the ad. He closed his email saying that "we value your partnership and are here to ensure your success". I DON'T THINK SO!!!! THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF A VALUED PARTNERSHIP. read more

I signed up for their ads on register tape. They told me the ad was running on multiple times then I checked the store and it was not. It took 3 times to get someone to finally go over there and get the ad running. Poor customer service after they get your money. I am also not happy with the results of the ad. I got talked in to purchasing this with promises that it would bring in tons of business and get our name out there. We were told we could redesign and change our ad every three months and all sounded good until we made our payment. We could no longer get our customer service representative to email us back and calls went unreturned as well. I had to contact the BBB before they would even respond to my complaints about wanting to change my ad. We spent $2,500 and had one person actually redeem the coupon. We went in to the store that was supposed to be handing them out to find they were throwing them in the trash or that our ad was not there at all. Once we finished paying and our year was almost up they TRIED to call me and ask me to change my ad. I at the time did not realize that our time was up since it was literally the day the contract ended. When I told him yes and that I would email them the proof they tried to sign me up for another year! They did not tell me this was a sales call until the very end. They tried to trick me in to signing up yet again after I told them before I was not interested. This business is not worth the money I spent and it was an expensive lesson learned. I am a new business owner and was shown all kinds of statistics on how this investment would grow my business. My coupon started on the back of Harris Teeter receipts the week of Christmas this past year. To date, I have received a total of six coupons from this marketing decision. I have emailed/called Marshall Bonnes (RTN Regional Manager) and Brett Loupos countless times over the past month about canceling. I have yet to receive a reply! The only person who has replied is Aarif Hussain to say he has forwarded my information to their Customer Service Department. That was two weeks ago, nobody has called or emailed me. If I could give RTN a rating of zero I would. This was by far the worst marketing decision I have made thus far. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more
