I purchased a package with massage , manicure and hand wax. She got a hot stone massage , which I do know is more expensive , that she didn't want and when she told them the lady said that was the only massage she knew how to do. When it came to the hand waxing they went and watched Youtube to learn how to do it , and they actually admitted to it. My wife told me about all of this a few weeks after the fact , so I drove up to talk to them about it because its not cheap for a spa package , even though this place is very reasonable, and you want what you paid for. The woman at the front desk who is listed on their webstie as nothing more than hair and make up tells me they have had people quit and that they are cross training. When I tell her that watching youtube to do something I paid for is not really what I had in mind when I purchased this , she got rude. She made comments how she just should not have told my wife about Youtube and more or less called my wife a liar on the massage saying that it didn't happen that way , and got loud and just all around annoying. I left before I said anything rude back or called them all what I really wanted to and did what I thought was right , I tried to contact the owner. Phone calls didn't work so I emailed her email on their website. I was nice and polite and just said how unhappy we were with the service and attitude and that I know people can have bad days but this was over the top. She never bothered to reply , I guess she just doesn't care. This place used to be great , they use to have some really sweet and caring people working there , we will not spend another dime , they have told us what they think about customers by calling them liars and not responding to calls and emails when one has a complaint. I gave them two stars for their spa is very nice to not be an upscale place and there are still a couple of really sweet women still working there

However, she is booking appointments and taking money and not showing up at all to provide the services. (She requires pre-pay for appointments). I'm out payment and tip for someone who, I later found out from the building's owner, has defrauded about 50 other people who have also been showing up after booking and paying.

Nobody bothered to wipe it during my 2 hours there, despite several employees playing with their cellphones. Hair Dresser: Seemed in a rush and didn't even listen to what I actually wanted. Nevertheless, I told her I wanted blond highlights (many of them and close together so that my brown roots would go away) and just a clean up on my ends (not to loose length). Result: The cut is awful! My aunt said I look like a mouse had nibbled from my hair and the highlights look like we had done them over the kitchen sink! She took at least 6 inches of length off and both sides are uneven. The bangs are super short (used to be chin long and now barely above my eye brow) and look super fringy. The highlights are not covering the roots and overall I dont see a difference to before. I have moved around the country quite a bit in the last 5 years and have tried out many different salons including very cheap chinese places in California. But by FAR, this is the worst result I have ever had. If you love your long hair with highlights, I do not recommend consulting with this person. Unfortunately I forgot her name and other girls working there may be great hair dressers.
