I came in with my daughter for a scheduled appointment to get her hair done in french braids for…read morethe father/daughter dance. Brittany (?) was our hair dresser. She explained that she had carpal tunnel and was unable to do braids. My 1st reaction was.... well then why did you schedule me? She tried 4-5 times to do the braids and they were sloppy and super loose, so I told her to forget it. She then insisted on doing an up-do -- i explained my daughter's hair was really fine, and an up-do wouldn't last all night. She promised me it would hold. Well it didn't. My daughter's hair fell out and I had to put it in a bun. What I hoped would be a special/fun experience for my daughter, turned out to be a big fat disappointment. I will not be going back.

She was very mean and his hair was so awful. I'm just appalled. I usually take him to just kutz and they always do such a wonderful job. No issues ever they didn't have any openings so I thought try smart style. I will not ever recommend the lady that cut his hair. I will never be going back. Can't believe it.
