    I should have read these Yelp reviews before I visited. Walked in this morning to open a new…read moreaccount. Waited for 10 minutes and a woman helped me and told me that they only have, "two bankers today and a couple of appointments but if one of them doesn't show up they'd help me open a new account, is that ok?" It was annoying that I needed an appointment to become a new customer but for some reason it just struck me the wrong way when she asked me if that was "ok". I said, "do I have a choice?" Her reply was "your choice" and walked away. At that moment it occurred to me that indeed it was my choice, and my choice was to give my money to a bank that values my business enough to figure out a way to capture a new customer by thinking outside of the box and not just expecting your customers to do to suit you. Good luck Wells Fargo, you'll need it.

    Another negative moment that I wish I had a -100 button…read more. My account was switched when Wells Fargo took over Washington Mutual accounts. I loved Washington Mutual, and sadly I knew there would be changes and they gradually came. With the changes, they rarely hav sent me any information on these changes..nothing by mail, e-mail, postal letter (snail mail), on-line banking or by phone or text. Recently they changed my account .. one that I've never had to pay a service charge and they took one out bouncing several checks. I was never given a chance to get the situation fixed and only found out becasue I checked my on line banking. I was livid!! Talked to several people on the phone regarding what happened, including supervisors. When I had supervisors on the ohone, I'd ask to speak to someone higher up to speak to. Many times the operator would tell me they didn't have any supervisors. BS!! Later that evening I spoke to a gentleman at their customer service who did help, well somewhat. Only gave me half of what they screwed me on. I guess better half than none, but still was not my fault. Had they sent me information on this, I could have changed this before something like this could have happened. The only good thing about this location is Tiffany at the drive thru. Always very polite and makes you want to stay a customer. Sorry Wells Fargo.. if you treated your customers a littler better, I wouldn't be looking for a new bank. Maybe I'm not a big account, but I am something and I tell everyone when I have bad service, including going on Yelp.
