This is a cute little park that's great for a short walk. There's a pond with many many geese and ducks. There are playgrounds and it's also good for riding your bike. The bathrooms are pretty clean and parking is pretty easy on either side of the park.

Ratchety Ann slangin at the park after dark. Bad Girl.

Great park with a stupid name. Love this place...there is a mini-lake, terrific playground for this kids, lots of grass, several baseball and volleyball fields and all smack in the hood so the local flavor still retained. People are respectful there and that's hella cool. Most hoodie parks are so ratcheted out that they aren't parks anymore. This one keeps it real. But that name gotta go. I think it should be called Blades Park in honor of the hardest working chick in the hood who has a giant heart and a cute AF dog. Oh, yeah, and her kids have turned out to be awesome people despite their ain't ever around with money or time daddies. Just an opinion. If I had a weave she'd prolly have snatched it by now so let's just say this was a group decision thanks.

I was driving travelling through the area and decided to find a playground for the kids. This park is huge. It has a playground and a ton of picnic tables, trails, tennis courts and a bunch more stuff, I'm sure. The playground was simple and kind of small and I didn't see a bathroom in the area. I would've loved to have time to explore the trails here!

I am a beginning hiker and I went here on a whim because of parking being an issue. I do have to…read moresay that this hike is stunning and not bad for a beginner like me! If you are hiking in this Auburn area, I do highly recommend that you arrive EARLY for the parking situation. This place gets pretty busy. I believe this is because this area is trending on TikTok for beautiful hikes. We had to circle over and over again and only got parking because a car full of people next to us had the decency to move over a bit to fit two Jeeps with 5 humans and 1 big dog! Back to the hike...this was so nice by the water. There were many places I enjoyed resting to just take in all the nature. For some reason I found hiking to the dam more difficult that walking back to the parking spot. I think it was because it was new for me and I wasn't used to it. This hike was not too bad especially when it comes to inclines and steepness levels. Definitely check out Clementine Lake Loop because it is beautiful and doable.

The trail is about 4 miles long and takes just a couple hours to do at a slow/medium pace. The trail is pretty wide, there were people with their dogs, a few little kids, and lots of groups enjoying the beautiful day. The majority of the trail is shady and covered by beautiful trees, some spots are under the direct sun so bring a hat or sunnies. You'll see tons of butterflies, wild flowers, birds, and of course will see the spillway. Parking is $10 cash paid to the park. This most recent time that I came it was very difficult to find parking, so if you plan to come on a weekend plan ahead and come early. I would also recommend bringing bus spray and being cautious of the poison ivy along the sides of the trail. Overall it's a beautiful hike and I'd recommend it!

Whether you want to jump in the cold refreshing water on a hot summer day or play a quick game of…read moresoftball, this park is for you! Yes You! Like others have mentioned the $5 help to maintain the clean facilities and play structures this park has to offer. I've never really seen anyone enforcing the parking permits, but its always better to relax than worry about a citation. The river has a small main beach, but the trails around the river offer the best swimming spots. Please be careful though because this is a FAST moving river, life jackets are a must for kids and even adults who are rafting. I don't think I've seen bbq pits at this place, which is a bummer but in the summer it can be quite the fire hazard anyways. The 2 diamonds and playground is across the street with plenty of parking in itself. A few of those spots are free to use the playground only. Let your kids run around and tire themselves out. If that's not enough check out the awesome Gam Saan Trail which leads you Marshall Gold Discovery State Park.

But it was $30+ and worth it this time. We took our dog and let her frolic around with other people's doggies. The water feels so good when it's hot weather. Getting in the water was a breeze! I don't have to go lower and lower walking in slowly because it was too cold. No, the water was perfectly cool. But not icy. I also like to enjoy the big field of grass with my little girl doggy. But only thing is you should arrive early for a good table.
