I went there recently for hip pain mid back and continue pain in my cervical. The nurse practitioner set me up for an x-ray of my cervical only I As well as physical therapy, I had called the office because 12 years ago. I had an MRI of my neck cervical which indicate that I had degenerative disc disease. I called to request testing on my hip as well because I believe that I may have either hernia or maybe in need of a hip replacement I wasn't sure no one ever called me back. I couldn't get through on the telephone Even at my initial appointment recently. The staff was horrible. They refused to fix the portal so that I can log into it because they had my date of birth wrong. I inquired in person I called on the phone four times. No one ever reached out to me therefore I will not be getting an x-ray or any other treatment with these people. Thanks to their horrible, horrible And competent staff. read more

there was an issue with my insurance, through no fault of my own; while I was physically at an appointment, waiting to see the doctor, a little boy on a power trip from billing named Sean had me pulled out of the trim to try and sound threatening telling me that I needed to handle this and that they could see me that day but for future appointments, I'd have pay out of pocket or not be seen. i tried explaining that he just needed to resubmit the claims but be he wouldn't hear it and said I had to do it. Although, that is HIS job. it was embarrassing and flat out wrong I've never heard of a patient being pulled from a room for this. I called to speak with the office manager, and was told she was with a patient and then I never heard back from her. wonder how many other people he has spoken to like that and why he is allowed to get away with it? I never made it to this office. The office staff is absolutely horrible. I was a patient of Dr Padula when he was in Marlton and Love him. I am starting to have back pain again after 10 years and needed to see him. 1st call they said they need to talk to his assistant before making an appt with me. "I will call you back shortly" Two days later I call back because I hadnt heard back. I tell her Im looking to make an appt with Padula and explain I had called 2 days ago and no one returned my call. I then tell her why I was coming. She asks for insurance info, I give her that, she asks what I need to come in for, (as I mention, I told her at the beginning of our call) she then says who she has available. I say no, Im looking for Padula. Well you havent been a patient in the last 3 years you have to see a NP first thats our policy. (Which is not the person she said a moment before). Ok then I will see the NP. I dont understand since I told her at the beginning who I wanted to see and I havent seen him in about 10 years why she didnt tell me the policy at the beginning of the call. Well if I can only see him that way than I take the appt. The appt is this coming Monday the 26th at 115. They call me today and said due to the impending snow storm we are asking if you can move the appt earlier on Monday. I say the snow is Sunday into Monday thats kind of odd that you would want to move me earlier since the plows will need time in the am to clean streets. She said why is that odd, you have an appt in the afternoon and "We aint trying to sit around 3 hrs waiting for you because you are the only afternoon appt" OK well that was rude but "what time do you have 11:15" ok well if I have to take that then I will, she laughs. I ask why are you laughing she said you dont have to be so rude we are doing this as a courtesy. What the heck, who talks to patients like this. Needless to say I havent even been here yet and all of this mess. So I said never mind, Ill find another Dr. She said ok good. Wow Dr Padula, you deserve so much better than this and your patients do too. I highly recommend the Dr but will never step foot into this place. read more

Stay clear of this place They do nothing to employees who treat patients like trash I was waiting for a friend and seen it first hand over at the PT department girl treating a patient with a attitude first she should be in medical scrubs or at least dress clean her street clothes was dirty and not for a doctor office environment.. then I watch this guy with a Afro and her seem to be well like rabbits in heat .. disgusting I never recommend this place if the doctors don't have better control on employees like this girl working at there office .. Ive seen tess for the last 4 years for SHOULDER pain she swore it was coming from my neck never ever had any issues with my neck. She ordered me xrays and mri's of my neck and did injections which never helped the shoulder. I begged for 4years for her to order me a MRI of my shoulder. She finally did and when I got my results back her exact words were "oh im going to send you to one of the shoulder docs, I don't do shoulders" Tess doesn't care all she cares about out is getting patients injection after injection because its all about the $$ for her. I told her I had hip pain (knowing the cause of it) and right away "oh its coming from your back you probably just need lumbar injections " I had to tell her no its okay i already know why my hip hurts Ive went and saw another dr! First off I give these doctors a 5 star review but when it comes to their Covid situation they get a 2. Some people get their temperature taken and some don't ‍. The seats are not 6ft apart even though they say that they are. It also was standing room only (I'm not even sure why we were let in). When one patient got up no chairs were cleaned (my hair dressers have better cleaning measurements set up). My temperature was not taken, not sure why but after 2hrs I'm out! read more

This morning I had to go for a back injection at regional orthopedic. My appointment was scheduled for 9:40. The ladies at check in were great! I sat for five Minutes and was taken right back. I saw Dr. P and he was awesome and made me very comfortable and so did his tech. I was out in 20 minutes. Great experience!!! read more

You are unable to talk directly to office staff. You are forced to leave a message to be called back. I called three times over three weeks to have my PT reupped and never received a call back. Docs are fine. Office staff is horrendous. read more

The wait times on phone and in office can be long, but I have patience so no biggie. Forms can take a week or two (Same at most places) to be completed. I understand that the place is very busy and sometimes isn't fully staffed. I've been coming here for a few years and have seen improvement in the staff and the administration. I like the way I am treated. My pain has improved a lot and I like that the providers seem to really care about my well being. Everyone is nice at the desk and phones. read more

Regional Orthopedics in Cherry Hill is NEVER patient first by any standards. They double charge, 1 for prescription appt and 1 for injection apt, They never combine them to save the patient any copays. I was trying to get my prescriptions refilled after they ran out because they did not have any appointments available and called the office 7 times, Faxed the office 4 times and no one would ever return my attempts. They are always very rude. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. read more

Horrible. I have been trying to be a patient of Dr Gliemer but they have the worst phone system I have ever experienced. For my first appt I had to wait 45 minutes before I could speak with someone to make an appt. I spent the last 3 weeks trying to make a follow-up appt. after my MRI. The recording said the office was not open and to call back during business hours and then sent callers in a circle that you could never get through to anyone. I left 6 messages on various extensions trying to get someone to call me back and no one ever did. I finally got through this morning after waiting 50 minutes in queue. The girl says she is the only one who answers for the appt line. What a joke for management. I have an appt set up now but I am looking for someone else. Shame because I can't even review whether or not the doctors are good because the office management sucks. read more

I saw Dr. Enrique Garcia Pena for a ankle injury when I fell in my home. He was in and out in a few minutes and didn't really care that I was in pain and needed support for my ankle. He just gave me a aircast which was not helpful as it hurt my my injury even more. I had surgery on that ankle 7 yrs. ago and it still causes me pain from arthritis that has set in. I told him that but he didn't seem to do anything more. Just said I should see my orthopedic doctor who did my surgery but he doesn't take my insurance so I can't. He was not very nice either. I will not be going back there and will not be advising my friends or family to go either. read more

The doctors at Regional Orthopedics are great, but the staff is awful. The worst I have ever seen! You leave messages for the doctors, but the staff does not deliver the messages. I ended up in the ER for having a reaction to an injection and could not reach any physician because the office is closed on Fridays. The ER doctors left messages and 6 hours later, no one at Regional returned their phone call. Took a few weeks and an appointment to report the issue to the doctor. Calling the office manager does no good because she does not return phone calls. Next, i spent months trying to reach medical records just to get my records. I decided to go to a more caring Orthopedic facility that does not disregard my care as this place does. Again, the doctors are not the issue, it is the staff. But since they do not respond to complaints, this makes the facility as a whole not a good place to receive medical care. read more

They make you waste a whole day waiting in a loud, overcrowded waiting room. Your appointment will be for 1:00 and you'll finally see the doctor at 3:30. The doctor spends maybe less than 10 minutes with you and then they make you wait another 30 minutes to check out. Avoid this place if you value your time read more

I was a long time patient of Dr. Padula before he joined this practice. I absolutely love Dr. Padula and his assistant. However, the staff here at Regional Orthopedics is horrible and the phone lines are beyond horrendous. No one can answer simple questions and it feels like no one is trained. They are rude and arrogant over the phone to the point I left my house and drove the 30 minutes to the office to speak to someone in person because of how nasty they are. Currently, it's 45 minutes PAST my appointment time with NO explanation. I've never gotten through to anyone on their phone lines in under 15 minutes. It's usually around a half hour just to get someone on the phone. One time I waited an 1 hour and 5 minutes to speak to someone just to get hung up on. Dr. Padula was my absolute favorite doctor and I referred many people to him but we are now all fed up by this new office and are all considering other doctors. read more
