My name is Sibyl Dansberry, I really don't know were to start. This has been the worse experience of my life. These people us nothing but common crooks. There is all kinds of repairs that need to be address. My septic tank wasn't properly installed there is water standing around since I moved in December. This business need to be close down and the people that work for this company needs to be prosecuted and criminally charged. This pass Monday this man name Mr Orr I believe to be the contractor. He give me a idle threat about someone coming to my house on Thursday for the first time since I sent him the list during the first of the year. The left my house about 11:30 to go to the grocery store. Around 12:30 I received a call from a man that supposed to have came to do the repairs he call me after he arrived at my home and was so very unprofessional. The man that threatened me had told me over a phone call that someone would come to do the repairs at the end of that week or the first of the next week over three weeks pass know show and know call. When he sent someone to do the repairs was after I had call him back. Always save the best for last, he call me on Monday when was on way to Memphis for a doctor's appointment and he call an told me if he send someone back to my house and I am not at home that they would be doing the repairs. I am paying almost 200,000 for this house and he had the nerve to tell me if someone come back to my house that the repairs wouldn't be done. After I have been waiting months for them to come do the repairs. After the man showed up at my home unannounced without a phone. These people are so very unprofessional. After they get there money they go left on you. This is my third review that I have put on this site. read more

Salesman was wonderful, but once the paperwork was all signed everything went straight to crap. It took two months for it to be delivered to our land once it arrived at their location. It has been 7 weeks since our home was put together and all things had been connected. They still have not come out to put up our underpinning, our ice maker doesn't work, we purchased an additional cabinet that we don't have, our ventahood doesn't work, haven't received our promised promotional items, and haven't fixed doors that don't stay latched nor the walls that are bulged out and cracked. I left a review months ago and nothing has changed! I was just reading a few more and I see a lot of other people are having the same problems. Once you sign those papers, it over! They're not going to do anything! We closed in January and its now September. My home was delivered the end of February but we weren't able to move until mid April. We were literally homeless for 6 weeks because of them. They wouldn't do the things that needed to be done in order to pass inspection for our electricity to be turned on. And Guess what. They still haven't done anything. We had to spend our own money to bring it up to code. Some of the wall sockets don't work, floors uneven, none of the bedroom doorknobs have locks, the kitchen island doesn't have door, the doors are not level and they just close by themselves, the septic tank pipe is right in front of the house so it always smells bad. I can go on and on. Ben and Brayden are very "nice" until you sign those papers, then all Hell breaks loose. They really shouldn't even be in business because I consider them crooks. read more

I have been working with Todd since Jan 12, 2024. Every document that was needed on my end was given in a timely manner. I asked many questions requested transparency. This is not my first time purchasing a home, but it is my first time purchasing a manufactured home. We got an approval on April 9, for a land home package. On April 15 he confirmed the buying process would take approximately 2.5 months. On May 7, I sent in the last required document. May 8, Todd informed me that I would be in my house end of June/ first of July. June 14 I'm told I should be living in the house end of July. I was disappointed and was then offered a lot model with standard walls at the same price as the new custom one I was purchasing with drywall. I declined the offer. Closing was July 2. for the first time at closing permits were mentioned. Nothing was said about having to apply myself or the cost. July 8th is when I learned I had to do this alone. I was given no instructions and had to google everything. Todd has never put a home in Shelby county so he wasn't much help. I had to leave work to go sit in his office to get documents I had requested to submit with the application. It took from July 8 -September 4 to get all the documents for the permit application. I got the address assignment myself and did the permit application alone. I received the permit on September 9th and Todd did take care of the fee, as I felt he should. There was rain for a full week so the land had to dry out. On September 23 Todd told me someone should be here to clear the land this week. Messaged both Todd and the contractor on Tuesday and Wednesday to find out exactly when they would be getting things started. Tomorrow is Friday and I have heard nothing from either of them, but my messages have been read. This situation is a huge deal. My rental lease was up in May. I stayed at a hotel for may and June with the expectation to move into my home by late June/ first of July. Hotels and motels become expensive especially when they are more than even your mortgage or rent would be. July 12th My three children and I ended up living in our vehicle because this process was taking too long and draining me financially. Not only that, but I have a child with complex medical conditions who had state health care. Without an address we were unable to get her recertification for care. She lost her insurance and I now have to pay out of pocket. There was no way I could afford her specialists, monthly supplies, therapies and the hotel. We are now staying with a coworker and I had to get another full time job to get us out of the car. How can this be ok? Todd gets to sleep in his own bed in his own house at night and I am borrowing a child's room and bed and sharing it with my children. How is this ok?? I have been very patient and understanding, but now I am pissed. Almost 7 months and I am still homeless and paying interest on a home I do not have. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Regional Homes should be ashamed. read more
