I've had a loan with this place for a very long time, convenient and when needed. However now I come to the end of my contract.. I called in November and ask when my last payment and end of contact date will be, I'm told February. Ok, awesome, come January I ask the same question and I'm told April. Obviously, I'm shocked, like what? Then they explained that I had two payment deferments (ok, I take full accountability for that) and I accept it. I then call yesterday 03/27/2019 because my payment was due 03/14/2019, I had been considering refinancing my loan, so I was getting a call back to make my payment or decide to refinance. I decide to make my payment, I then ask the same question and I'm told that I owe $547 and change and my last payment if either May or June! Oh, come on, now I'm upset! That is $200 more than expected, the girl sounded doubtful, used phrases like "umm let me check" "I just got your account transferred to me" so obviously I feel like hmmm maybe she's making a mistake and confused, so I ask to have another office account manager call be back (Rosa) because I had talked to her before and always had good experience. I talk to her today 3/28/2019 and she says the same thing, that I have 3 1/2 payments due, these are due to fees and late fees and daily interest accumulated. This is the first time I hear this, so I say when I called in Jan and Feb no one said this, are they not able to see these fees at that time, she says, "well I can be confusing to see that" so come on, along the way people didn't do their job right and in the end I have to pay $200 more than I expected, I'm not saying I don't owe it or arguing who is right about the amount, I'm saying.. I didn't expect it due to incorrect info multiple times! read more
